Hi Mi, we're sorry to hear the grippy CAKES didn't perform as expected despite following the instructions — that's genuinely disappointing and we appreciate the feedback. We did want to clarify one point: we charge a single $5 processing fee that covers the cost of your original order fulfillment and shipping — there is no separate return shipping fee on top of that. We hope that clears up any confusion, and we appreciate you sharing your experience.

Hi Sandra, we're sorry the sizing didn't work out despite following our size guide — we understand how frustrating that is, particularly when you've done everything right. While our size guide is designed to provide the best possible fit, we know it doesn't account for every body type and we take that feedback seriously as we continue to improve. We also understand the disappointment around our international returns policy — this is something we're aware is a pain point for our customers outside of North America and we appreciate you flagging it. We're sorry we weren't able to offer a better resolution.

Hi Delaney, we're sorry the Cleavage Bra didn't deliver the results you were hoping for. While the product works well for many of our customers, we recognize that results can vary depending on breast shape and placement, and we understand that's disappointing when marketing sets a certain expectation. That's feedback we take seriously as we work to communicate more clearly. We appreciate you sharing your experience.

Hi Claire, thank you for raising this — it's a fair point. For preorder items, the gap between purchase date and delivery can create a situation where the return window has passed before the product is even in hand, and we understand why that feels unreasonable. This is feedback we're actively taking into consideration as we review how our return policy applies to preorder purchases. If you'd like to discuss your specific situation, our customer care team is always happy to look into things on a case by case basis.

Hi Melissa, we're sorry the sizing didn't meet your expectations and that we weren't able to find a resolution that worked for you. When a purchase is made with a gift card, our system does require refunds to be returned to the original payment method, which we understand created an impossible situation given the card was no longer available. We recognize that left you without a good option and that's genuinely frustrating. We're sorry we weren't able to do more in this case.

Hi Caroline, we're sorry to hear they didn't stay in place — that's definitely not the experience we want for anyone. Without knowing which product you tried, it's hard to speak to what may have gone wrong, but we appreciate you sharing your feedback and we're sorry it didn't work out for you.

Hi Steph, we're sorry for the confusion around the shipping timeline — we understand how frustrating it is to expect one timeframe and be told something very different. To clarify, the 2-3 business days refers to order processing time rather than delivery, and international orders including those shipping to the UK can take considerably longer to arrive once dispatched. We recognize this distinction isn't always made clear enough at checkout and that's valuable feedback we're working to address. We hope the order reached you and that you enjoyed the products.

Hi Cali, we're sorry for the delays and the frustrating communication experience — having a rep go quiet mid-conversation is not acceptable and we understand why that left you feeling like we weren't prioritizing you. We'd also like to address the phone number — we are primarily a digital-first brand and our customer support is handled through chat and email rather than phone, so we want to make sure that's clearly communicated going forward. We're glad the cancellation was ultimately processed and we're sorry the overall experience fell short.
