Not good for hot weather or if you sweat at all
Really wanted to like these, as I've liked other nipple covers in the past but always struggled with them showing badly through tight clothing. I bought the triangle sticky cakes. Giving two stars as they do work well in terms of staying stuck and I found they don't show through clothing anywhere near as much as other nipple covers I've tried (which was a massive win!). Only noticeable under certain light I'd say. The problem however was that I found that by the end of the day they would be full of a puddle of sweat. As they are sticky, it seems the sweat that accumulates throughout the day has nowhere to go, and so just stays trapped under the cakes. I can't imagine having sweat trapped over your skin for a whole day can be good for you. On top of this, I'm guessing due to the sweat issue, I found the cakes developed a horrible BO smell after just the first wear, which got worse after the second and so I haven't been able to wear them since. This is something I've seen many others also complain about on Reddit, etc. I've tried washing them as advised to no avail. I find the sweat and BO issue is making them completely unwearable for me, so I've just completely lost £35 as they don't offer refunds outside the US, and then more money to buy a strapless bra to replace them instead. Customer service was not very helpful, telling me that "sweating in them is not advised", as if sweating is something you can control, especially when used in a climate which you would mainly wear cakes in when wearing camis, tanks and strapless tops which you can't wear a bra under.
