Like many of your other reviewers I can’t get this company to reply to my emails. The product arrived 3 weeks after they took my monies. When they did arrive they were poorly made. I wrote immediately asking for a returns note. Still waiting for a reply.

I ordered a chair cover on 19th August 2021 (invoice ID c21944277762182.1). I had no confirmation of order, no delivery date, no dispatch information. I emailed twice and no response. The item then arrived on 14th September and it is not what I had ordered. I ordered a grey velvet tub chair cover. A burgundy spotty polyester chair cover has arrived, which is useless to me. I have returned the item to the UK return address that was displayed on the item's packaging. I have raised a PayPal dispute which has been rejected because they requested the item be returned to MORROCCO before I get a refund. Avoid this company!

I purchased a sofa cover and an armchair cover. Although the product quality is fine they did not fit my furniture well, and so I opted to return them. I picked Cabrexa soley because their website states they offer 30 day free returns. I emailed them and called them within the return period and no response. Have emailed again, no response. I would be grateful if someone from Cabrexa would get back to me to deal with my request. Not such a hassle-free return after all!

I placed my order on the 2nd August,it was shipped from China on the 15th August,arrived into our state on the 19th August sadly i still have not received,have sent emails and have tried online chat,but to no avail,i get automated messages saying they will look into it,there has been no more tracking updates since the 19th August,if it is a legit company then they need to look into their logistic company as they will get a bad name because of them

I ordered a set of covers on 18.8.21 (Invoice ID c21931531174022.1) and still have not received them or any notification informing me there is a delay. I have sent an email for an update but as yet have not had a response. I have received an email informing me of additional items I could purchase, which I was thinking about, but until I receive my original order this will definately not be getting made.

Im still waiting for my covers ... tried calling no one picks up tried emailing no response and tried texting still no response Please advise me of my delivery date as still saying dispatch order number 44774 ordered Aug 22... I see others ordered round the same time having the same problem

Placed my order on 22/08/21 - Order #44772 and no delivery date was given or an option to order by Express. Sent chasing email on 26/08/21 asking for an ETA and never received a reply.

I too have ordered chair covers. Promised 3 to 10 days delivery. Terrible…. No email and no goods yet?? Can you please advise me where my package is? Deffo not happy. Promised to my som as a present!!
