AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Customer service initially good at asking what my issue was, but when wanting to return them (not right for the room), the ignore you continually. I have left countless voice messages on their phone number, written numerous emails, contacted them on bothe Facebook and Instagram but am being ignored. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Cabrexa #45054 Total £154.59 Ms Dennis On 26/08/21 I purchased 2 Chair covers and 5 Sofa covers for new furniture.Cabrexa site says 3-10 days for delivery.19 days after purchase the Sofa covers had still not arrived.I called and emailed Cabrexa urgently needing a delivery date.I received no delivery information.21 days on with still no Sofa covers I HAD TO URGENTLY BUY COVERS ELSEWHERE.The Cabrexa covers arrived 23 days after purchase and ....it was the wrong order.Cabrexa stated the order was correct.I had to email screenshots of the Cabrexa confirmation order to show their mistake.Since it arrived I have been emailing Cabrexa for return and full refund of 4 Sofa covers (1 was opened in error so unfortunately I have to keep it.) I have emailed Cabrexa all information.Some information more than once at their request.I have followed all instructions on Cabrexa website for a return/refund form.Cabrexa site states “ Free and easy returns.Hassle free returns policy.Order with peace of mind” On 06/10/21 I had no choice but to send a 1st Recorded Delivery letter.On 28/10/21 l sent the 2nd Recorded Delivery letter ( letter before Court Claim.) To date I have still not received information on how to return 4 unopened Cabrexa Sofa covers for full refund.

Would not recommend, took ages to arrive, then it was wrong size then took me e-mail after e-mail, photo`s I did eventually get my money back. Customer service very poor,

Had to wait over a month for my 4 grey stretchy velvet dining chair covers but they were well worth the wait!! Very pleased 😌

Ordered 6 chair Covers under there old name of Easyfitslipcover! Terrible fit so i contacted them to return and refund which has never been actioned. Contacted thedm again when i received an email stating we are now called Cabrexa and "Have changed for the better" once again after initial contact stating they would sort it they have completely blanked me! DO NOT USE if you think you might need customer support as there isnt any

This is regarding 6pc chair covers that I ordered in Sep. The read the reviews and have seen some issues with delayed orders but thought they are an isolated instances. Writing this after experienced the pain I went through this vendor for my order. It took them more than a month to deliver this to me that too after repeated requests(through email as other ways of contact never worked) and indicated that I would dispute the charges then I have seen responses from them. If I consider this as phase 1, then the actual issue started after the product was delivered. I wasn't happy at all with the quality of the product and looking at them even feared to try them on my chairs. So, wanted to check for any damages and I see that one of the items was ripped off. Sent email with the damages and requesting to process a return for a full refund. Did not hear back again and had to do multiple follow-ups and one fine day they cleverly surprised me with a partial credit for only the damaged item. It did not make sense as how can I use the other 5 and leave the sixth chair without cover. I sent a follow-up email and sent 2 follow-ups and still waiting for a response (has been 10days) Not sure if I could really believe the 4* reviews out there. I wouldn't definitely recommend this vendor and the product based on my personnel experience.

I ordered 4 black velvet dining chair covers on the 30th September which arrived today 20th October. On the website its says delivery was 3/10 days, obviously takes longer than that as they came from China but they do provide you with a tracking number which i was happy to do so i felt I didn’t need to get in touch with them. So now they have arrived I’m really pleased with them, good quality, very good fit nice shade of black good value for the money. As long as you are prepared to wait for delivery they are definitely worth waiting for.

definitely a scam!!! No customer service - a person called 'Laura' who doesn't reply. Comes from somewhere in China- promises fake delivery timescales. Wonder how it is still in business
