My experience with Cabrexa has been nothing but great. I ordered the wrong size slip cover for my couch. I immediately contacted them and asked for a cancellation and refund. They were very nice and worked with me. I've read all the negative reviews and pray that they maybe have worked their kinks out and doing better.

Ordered the seat covers on the 26/07/22. Received an email on the 06/08/22 informing my ordered had been dispatched with YunExpress tracking number, down loaded the app AfterShip that YunExpress use. All useful information on the app including a Royal Mail tracking number for when the package arrives in the UK. The app supplies updates as the parcel travels from China to the UK. My seat covers arrived today, I am very pleased with them and they fit my chairs well. Overall experience was excellent.

I ordered chair covers that did go well with the colour scheme in my room.Covers were an amazing quality I can say. Customer care we’re very good and gave a refund. I would definitely recommend their service and cover quality 👍👍👍👍

Had to wait over a month for my 4 grey stretchy velvet dining chair covers but they were well worth the wait!! Very pleased 😌

I ordered 4 black velvet dining chair covers on the 30th September which arrived today 20th October. On the website its says delivery was 3/10 days, obviously takes longer than that as they came from China but they do provide you with a tracking number which i was happy to do so i felt I didn’t need to get in touch with them. So now they have arrived I’m really pleased with them, good quality, very good fit nice shade of black good value for the money. As long as you are prepared to wait for delivery they are definitely worth waiting for.

The original covers I received were the wrong design and after contacting the company they sent me replacement covers at no cost to myself . Very efficient service and very pleased with my covers too .
