Ordered from them on 13th August says shipping is 2 to 10 day in UK still waiting

Love this!! I have a damaged expensive chair which now looks new and modern thanks to cabrexa chair covers.

Absolutely awful company. I ordered chair covers on the 17th August and delivery time was supposedly 2 to 3 business days. Still no covers and it’s now 27th August. I understand there maybe delays but if they could be bothered to send me a personal email rather than an automated email which does not address my delivery date at all. I would never recommend this company. I think customer service is so important, prior to buying and post buying, this company has neither.

The original covers I received were the wrong design and after contacting the company they sent me replacement covers at no cost to myself . Very efficient service and very pleased with my covers too .

As with other reviews.....waiting weeks for goods sold as being within the UK..... DON'T BE FOOLED. The goods are from China !!!!!

16 days & stil no item the shop is listed as in london but it turns out they ship from overseas but hide the fact hope it turns up soon

We sent for one chair cover. It arrived promptly, but was far too small for a medium sized chair and the fabric was ripped - straight into the bin. I do wonder at the genuineness of the large number of hugely positive reviews - maybe I was just the unlucky one - ??? Hm.

Placed an order on 26th June. Still waiting on 9th July. London address yet they ship your orders from China. Standard email responses when chasing up, no help whatsoever. Fake company, bad customer service. DO NOT BUY.
