I've ordered twice from this company and have been satisfied with merchandise, but delivery time has been long. Most recent order in Nov. has not been delivered and now website no longer exists and cannot contact via email.

Placed an order 6th January and am still waiting to receive it .Was told it would be delivered by the 4th February ???? Have tried emailing them but had no positive reply I have bought previously from them and given good feedbacks what's gone wrong ???still waiting SEPTEMBER 2025!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

So that's now 7 weeks I've been waiting for 1 chair cover, several emails and text messages have got me nowhere, very very bad customer service and my advice would be don't use this company

Took over a month for my order to ship. It only shipped because I threatened to dispute the charge and now that it doesn't fit they refuse to ket me return it. I have emailed and messaged multiple times and they refuse to answer me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

Not even gotten round to ordering yet as I have measurement queries. I've emailed & got a reply a week later but not answering my question. I have messaged via messenger and although I got a reply the same day - again they've not answered my question!? All I want to know is if I order a chair cover & a long chair cover can I return the one that doesn't fit, then order 7 more of the one that does fit - simple?! The "free, easy & hassle free" returns policy doesn't look easy & hassle free!!! So I've ordered 8 covers from Cabrexa UK and they've been dispatched from CHINA?!... Let's see how long they take....

Ordered from them on 13th August says shipping is 2 to 10 day in UK still waiting
