This company is a scam. It is not based in the UK, I suspect they are in China. I received the goods I ordered but they are way too big for my chairs. I contact customer service and Laura replied asking for more information, the measurements of my chairs and pictures, all of which I supplied by return. Now six weeks later after multiple emails, phone calls (straight to voicemail), Facebook Messenger messages (which are ignored), I am no further forward. The products are substandard and the customer service is non existent. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Cabreza as previously stated customer service after purchase is appalling . The sad thing is their product is very good but the colour didn’t suit my room . I have attempted to contact them 5:6 times. Got a response from laura but nothing about returning product and getting a refund . At least I have the seat covers which I will sell privately if I don’t hear

Like many others have not received the covers i ordered which were for Christmas. No refund. Tracking shows they have sent but didnt reach me (lost in UK somewhere). Customer services is automated. Lost nearly £40! No refund no covers. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Worst service ever! We ordered seat covers for our new kitten on the 21st of November. These had still not arrived and I had not received a tracking number on the 7th of December and therefore I messaged Cabrexa. They told me I would have the goods by Friday the following week (17th December). I contacted them again on the 19th December when I had still not received a tracking number or my items. They have now responded saying that they cannot deliver to my location (Isle of Man) a WHOLE MONTH after I have placed the order. Shocking communication as this should have been mentioned to me a long time ago! Would never use this Company EVER again.

Ordered nearly a month ago and still not received. Royal Mail tracking doesn’t work and the other tracking they provided indicates my item was delivered to Potters Bar which is not my address.

Avoid!!! I bought seat covers from them over a month ago and they have not arrived. The only communication I have received when I complain is computer generated. I have commented on their social media and put an honest review on their website which they immediately remove. A company that behaves in this manner is to be avoided in my opinion.

I ordered chair covers 6 weeks ago and still no sign of them being delivered. When inquired as to whereabouts was told to wait patiently. I am now tired of waiting and have given reasonable time for delivery, so after further enquiries and zero reply have requested a full refund. Have contacted via email and also FB chat so I can see they are reading my messages but so far refuse to respond.

I purchased covers and received them however they were too big I contacted them for a returns form. I then was asked to send photo of my chair which I did and again asked for a form This was over a week ago .I still have not received it after numerous emails and I phoned twice to speak to someone same message laura not available. If cabrexa is reading this can you please send me a form as by law I'm entitled to return then.
