We loved our three nights at the Smoky Mountain Memories cabin. Everything at the cabin was in working order and the views were great. We really liked the layout of the cabin and that we only had two steps to get into the cabin. My wife has limited mobility and this made the stay more enjoyable. The office staff was also exceptional. It only took minutes to check in and the directions they provided to our cabin were perfect. We will stay there again when we visit Gatlinburg. So much better than a hotel room.

My family and I had a GREAT time! II always enjoy getting cabins for the space & because we have 2 small children and can be as loud as we want to be without disturbing others! The cabin was spacious and we loved our view and enjoyed the privacy!

We have been staying at Gatlinburg Falls Parkview for a number of years. Most recently we stayed in Rainbows End. The cabin was very clean and well maintained. Any time we have had an issue they respond very quickly. The location is perfect for enjoying downtown Gatlinburg or going down to Pigeon Forge. The views from all cabins show the beauty of the mountains.

My family and I stayed in the cabin, "Dreaming Above the Clouds." The location was excellent! The view was spectacular! And, there was more than enough space inside and parking wise for all of us! However, there were some things we found that we didn't like. One of the teenagers fell flat on his back climbing to the top bunk bc a step on the ladder was loose. The top balcony was also damaged. The televisions in most rooms are extremely old. In one of the rooms you had to look through the bed rails to try to see it. The television in the main living space was the most disappointing. A huge cabin that sleeps 38 has a small 32" in the living room. A family movie night was a for sure no go!

Very nice a quiet area for me and my wife to enjoy our time together away from the hotel crowds. Our cabin was clean and well maintained and the staff was very friendly and prompt with any questions and requests we had. The only negative I can think of is what you can and can't keep when it comes to the honeymoon package. There should be a note or pamphlet on this to clear any confusion. Plan on coming back next year.

My hubby and I went for our anniversary and we had a great time... enjoyed the view and the weather was beautiful...we will go again with our kids..

We stayed at Mountain Memories for a bonding retreat! It was perfect, and we spent about 90% of time in the hot tub. The only thing we noticed was it was a little facicious about the location-we had expected it to be alone in the wood, but it was actually located in a neighborhood.

Great location, clean and spacious. However, the beds were horrible. Older, noisy when getting into, rolling over and moving period. I still would come again but will request a cabin with updated beds.
