we had a wonderful stay. There was enough room for everyone to have privacy. Everything worked and was clean. The electronics were updated and the kids enjoyed themselves. We actually didn’t go out to do much just stayed in relaxed. Felt like home

We stayed at Riverside Lodge. Beautiful on the outside. Inside ... not so good. In desperate need of an updating. It was nasty...hot tub did not work...it smelled dirty and musky....lower floor had not been cleaned. Very disappointed. Will never go back

Stayed in the cabin - Friends in High Places. I was very disappointed in how outdated everything is.. the fake leather couch is peeling, all the appliances are very low end. Found dirty silverware in the drawer and dirty plates in the cabinet. The pool table has a rip in the top of it and isn’t level. There was only 1 washcloth left in the bathroom for a weekend stay.. Very disappointed in this supposed Luxury cabin... will not stay here again.

We stay at Gatlinburg Falls resorts every year when we visit the Smokey Mountains. We always have a nice stay. This year though the cabin we stayed in had a few issues. The mattresses on the beds were awful. You ended up rolling to the center of the bed because the sides were higher than the middle. We slept horribly. The couch felt broken down when you sat down. You sunk( not in a good way) and the springs were weird & noisy. ( sofa bed) Lastly, one of the multi-game video games was not working... broken joystick.

This place was spectacular! I was unsure that the cabin would be secluded enough with it being located directly behind their office and in between two other cabins. That being said, I barely noticed my neighbors. It was also very nice to not have to spend time finding the actual cabin either after checking in at the office. The kitchen was furnished just enough to my liking as well.

Management Company was friendly and sent repairman out in timely manner. Had few problems but handled the best they could. Enjoyed our stay!

Was a wonderful stay. Kitchen is well stocked with coffee pots, kurig pot, toasters, etc. looks like the pictures on line. One complaint..sewage drainage needs reaming out, there was back up downstairs. Office should direct traffic onto Pennacle Vista Drive off of 321, not Golf Creek Road. Pennacle is much safer way. Enjoyed seeing the bears.
