WARNING !!!!! Not as advertised. The cabin was so filthy and broken down, air filters were the nastiest thing I’ve seen. For 300$ a night it was a real ripoff. When we went to office to report they didn’t care! Had an excuse for everything but no solutions. My son ripped his pants on a nail coming out of door trim. I could go on and on... Trust me look and rent elsewhere.

Where to begin... Let me just start by saying that I rarely write reviews, unless I am extremely satisfied or dissatisfied. In this case, it is the latter. We had so many issues during our stay that I can’t even remember half of them. First of all, the website is extremely INACCURATE and non-user friendly. The pictures of “our cabin” were clearly taken of another more desirable location to fool you into thinking what you are paying for. Half of the appliances in our cabin didn’t work: Netflix, internet, lights, no dishwasher at all, broken PS3 (although we never would have used some of these, it’s just the principle that counts). Maintenance came out on 4 (yes, four) separate occasions. Once at 10:30 at night when we were in bed for the night. So privacy was hard to come by. Spoke with 3 different front desk people, two of which were nice. The 3rd person was extremely unfriendly and offered no apologies for our unpleasant stay. She only offered short answers and sarcasm and basically just wanted to get me off the phone. Again, I never write reviews for things like this. If you do a mediocre job and at least provide the services that you list on your website, I am usually pretty content. However, this has been terrible. Even the maintenance guys who came out despise the management and say the company is poorly run. There are TONS of other places around the Smokies to choose from, so I highly recommend doing so.

The picture on the web site was totally different from when we arrived at the cabin. As we step out of our vehicle...there were leaves everywhere from the side and front porch. Cobwebs inside and out the cabin...very dirty by the entry way. The cabin is for sure not up to date, ants and bugs inside the cabin. No mats outside the door so the floor gets so dirty easily. Lastly poor customer service...not friendly or courteous. For sure not reccommended and will not come back.

The only complaint that I have is that our hot tub wasn't cleaned, had to call a few times to get it resolved. When it finally was the maintenance man was less then professional. Instead of draining the hot tub and cleaning it properly he just sharked it out and filled it up the rest of the way. I do not know how long it had been since it had been properly cleaned but I ended up with an infection from improper cleaning. Other then that they staff were friendly and super helpful!! Will definitely use the company again.

Been here four times now. The family and I absolutely love it .We are always so pumped before we go.

They have the best service from the people there and amazing experience love it! We will be back !

The cabin we stayed at was nice but did have some issues. We were notified of a leak before check in and told maintenance would probably be there to fix it during our stay. We never say maintenance but did see a few spots were it was leaking. The pool room had an issue with the dehumidifier and the tv and satelite were damaged and not working. Also had some mushrooms growing on the door threshold to the outside. Other than that everything was great. The picnic basket and steak dinner were are all there waiting. The cabin was easy to find and they gave good directions. Will definitely be back and will most likely pick a different cabin from Cabins of the Smokies.

The view and the accessibility to the town makes this one of our favorite vacation spots.
