Perfect for a 40th Birthday
Loved our stay here. We had 25 people to celebrate my 40th Birthday party and we didn’t have to leave the entire weekend.

Totally Dissatisfied
Our experience with cabins of the smokey mountains, June 25-29 2019 were very disappointing. Although we did make the best of our vacation, we were met with a rude staff, uncleaned cabin, there were live and dead bugs everywhere. On top of that, we were told the cabin wasn't quite ready upon arrival @ 5:30 p.m. est. After waiting, when we arrived, the cleaning crew were just beginning to clean, although we were told checkout was at 10 a.m. We purchased supplies and cleaned ourselves. Dirty linen, dirty cabin, bugs, for the price paid was not worth it, but what do you do when the first thing they do is collect the money for your stay, and then tell you if your cabin hadn't been ready by 9 p.m., then I could have received some type of price reduction. The cabin either hadn't been rented in months or cleaned in months. Either way, it was a very disappointing experience! "A RIVERS SONG" is the cabin I'm referring to.

Good experience
Good experience! Our cabin was clean and perfect for our family. Only complaint was that the WiFi was out the entire stay.

It definitely was a great vacation
It definitely was a great vacation. Easy check-in and check-out. Cabin (Birdland) was very nice. We even met the owner of the cabin while we were there. I would recommend Cabin of the Smoaky Mountains especially if you want to be in Gatlinburg but not in the crowd. Everything was like 5 minutes away.

Gatlinburg June 2019
We visited in June 2019 and stayed at the Hidden Valley Resort, Forever Young cabin. Everything was wonderful. The staff was courteous and accommodating, we had no issues checking in, our kids enjoyed the games, jacuzzi and pool, the cabin was a home away from home. It was by far one of our best vacations.
