In my journey to find cabinets of good quality and not spend thousands of dollars I came upon several companies. There were actually only 3 companies that were in the running. 2 others were just a little less expensive than cabinet giant even with the discount. However I choose this company to get cabinets for this kitchen and also two others I will be designing for this year for one reason only! Customer service!!!! Every single person I had contact with from Cabinet Giant during this process, from your designer Alice to shipping department- Noah to josh; who helped me with building a cabinet, has replied to my emails or phone calls either immediately or within 30 minutes. They are the reason I tell someone every single day to purchase from your company. One other company never returned my email inquiry about price. Another local company I needed to order a cabinet from because one size you had on back order never emailed me when it would arrive or confirmation of my order like I was told they would or answer my emails asking where my cabinet was, not until 2 weeks later I told them to cancel my order did they respond and this is a company only 30 minutes from my house- it would have been convenient. Every person I have spoken with has been professional, courteous, helpful and most of all there when I needed them. They are the reason Cabinet Giant is a success and should be commended! The cabinets were easy to build, look beautiful and at a great price! Oh and they were delivered a week after my order was placed!

Karen, I'm sure you're the real pleasure to work with. We forwarded this onto all of the people you mentioned so they'd know their impact made a difference. Thanks so much!

I had to cut the supports on the back With a circular saw, making sure not to go all the way through the panel to get it to fit. The supports were glued to close to the edge to let the rabbit fit into the side panel.

Robert, while I'm not exactly sure what you're describing, we are sorry you had to make a modification. If that ever happens again (This might also help future customers), we'd have been more than happy to send you a new part out. It sounds like everything worked out okay in the end though. We're running a search for this Shoddly person though, to ask them about gluing the edge so the rabbits can't fit. It sounds like an ornery and mischievous thing to do.

After we finished a budget kitchen remodel, my wife decided she wanted one more cabinet by the stove after all. Normally, no problem. But we had picked up a closeout lot from a surplus store. So matching that particular wall cabinet was going to be a problem. The stock ones form the big-box stores didn't match well enough. So I found this website and the front panel looked remarkably close to what we had. Also, we had refinished the originals in a dark brown, so any slight variation would be even less noticeable. Actually, I started started my search on a competitor's site and was ready to hit the 'Buy' button when I saw the shipping charges. They we horrible! I only needed one cabinet, and the shipping was almost half of the cabinet cost. So I continued the search, found Cabinet Giant, found what I needed at very reasonable shipping cost. Fast delivery, too. The one I bought , and maybe all of them, come from China as a 'flat pack" that you assemble. Dont be put off by this. It's almost an industry standard these days in the moderately-priced segment. They use the twist-screw type fastener (ever been to Ikea?) and theoretically you don't need any glue. But I'm a play-it-safe guy and used some Gorilla-brand white glue. There no instructions, but if you can't figure out what a box looks like you shouldn't be doing this anyway. A very nice feature is the front door panel and frame are pre-assembled, so you don't have to do install the hinges and play with adjustments. We're out of room for more cabinets, but if we needed more I would definitely go to this vendor.

Customer service is not good at communicating with dealers. Automated follow ups are not followed up on by a rep. It is difficult to get answers, which is frustrating when our clients want them too. Now I see a couple of product lines are being discontinued....if I didn't follow the manufacturer's site, I would not have known, and I already quoted that line. Service sending product is great, but more attention needs to be paid to communicating with dealers.

Kevin, We're always open to improving service to all of our customers. If you'd send us an email to [email protected], we'd be more than happy to talk with you more about how we can improve. On a sidenote, we show you just became a dealer this year, and we've announced no discontinuations within that time frame, so there must be some sort of miscommunication on our part. Regardless, we hope to be able to serve you in the future!

We used cabinetgiant.com to remodel our previous home's kitchen. The quality of those cabinets was amazing and they were so easy to put together. We recently had to move and chose to build a new house, the "custom" cabinets that the builder used cost a fortune and the boxes are made of particle board. They drawers are not "anti-slam" and frankly I hate them. I'm hoping to eventually replace them all with cabinets from cabinetgiant.com in the future.

Cabinet comes in a flat box but assembles with little effort or carpentry skill. Great for basic cabinets on a budget. Would buy again! GREAT SERVICE!
