I purchased cabinets a couple of years ago. I have a grandson who broke a hinge on two different occasions. The company sent a replacement the 1st time. Then when it happened again, they sent me extras, for future problems. Their customer service is the best!

I was able to order and received my cabinet order with no difficulty. The cabinets were delivered quickly and arrived in good condition. The only thing I was not expecting was that the cabinets were in flat pack and had to be assembled. The good news was that assembly was easy enough and the cabinets looked great when completed. I was able to install them and make my kitchen look just like I anticipated. All in all I am very pleased with the entire process.

the cabinets were received on time with no missing parts. Only complaint if you want to call it a complaint is the side and back panels made out of plywood appear to be staple together The plastic connectors, one split, but did not affect my ability to put the side panels together to front of cabinet. The front of cabinet and drawers are ALL wood which gives the cabinet its rich appearance.The sides do not have the rich appearance because of plywood. For me, no one will see the sides. For the price, it is a good product..

Cabinets and price + service was excellent sending wrong parts twice put project behind a week. Was third time we ordered cabinets.

The cabinets look great. Very happy with the Sienna Rope cabinets that we chose. The price for the quality of the cabinets was very fair. We would definitely purchase cabinets from Cabinet Giant again. On the negative side. The pictures that were supposed to be the instructions on how to put the cabinets were absolutely worthless. It would be nice if the screws for the cabinets were labeled somehow. You get a bag with 20-30 screws of various but similar sizes and are supposed to know where they all go without instructions. One of the cabinets came without the soft close apparatus and I am waiting for that to come. When I let them know of the problem, they responded right back.
