Process was wonderful from start to finish and the cabinets are beautiful. Assembly was a snap and they are very solid. Looks very high end at a fraction of the cost. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent quality product. Assembly required but after one or two easy to do. Fed ex shipping stinks damaged goods definitely go a different route shipping.

Let me preface this review by repeating the fact that the cabinets are a good value. Not the best but for the money you cant beat them!! We are beyond satisfied. Having said that the two not so favorable aspects of our experience are as follows: For starters we picked up our cabinets at the Fedex Warehouse. They were stacked, all (19) of them onto one oversized pallet. However, underneath the bottom of the stack there were the remnants of another broken pallet so all of the cabinets were uneven and not sitting flat. As a result there was damage to the bottom two cabinets. Not major damage but damage none the less. I emailed Cabinet Giant and informed them that I would accept the cabinets "as is " and that I was not looking for anything other than to let them know the cabinets were hastily packaged and as a result sustained some damage. They never responded. Which was not a big deal but it led me to question how they would have handled a major problem. My second major issue was the quality of the directions? Basically a low grade 8 1/2 by 11 sheet of paper with 5 or 6 lousy pictures of what the cabinets are suppose to look like. The was ZERO explanation of screws, hardware or placement of any parts. The directions were essentially non existent. So if you are not somewhat advanced with tools you are SOL!

CabinetGiant provides great quality product, service.and value. Anyone considering cabinets should consider using them.

Not hard to assemble. Well built cabinets. Professional look. Well worth the money.
