The cabinets are not bad if you receive it in a good shape after shipping. I received some of mine were broken during the shipping! The shipping company they are dealing with is so bad and they don't care about the products. If you want to order from this companey try to pick up your order your self. DON'T TRUST THE SHIPPING COMPANY!!!

We decided to replace our kitchen and bathroom cabinets instead of re-facing them. We decided to use Cabinet Giant. The quality is actually quite nice but the customer service is absolutely terrible. I have contacted them via telephone more than 5 times and sent 3 emails over the course of 5 months and have yet to receive a response. Also when placing a second order, we were given no help from customer service and found a coupon code on line ourselves. I would not recommend this company based on customer service alone!

Shipping/ packing couldve been better, cabinets were scratched from the pallets they were on, nails were sticking up from the make shift pallet. Other than that, very easy to put together (no instructions have to go to you tube) but made very well.

After receiving two quotes >$2500 for (2) 15" drawer bases and (1) 30" sink base vanity cabinets. I started looking into Cabinet Giant as I remembered they have a style and color similar to what my mom was looking for. Cabinet Giant came in at around $1100 for their pepper shaker cabinets. The bath vanity cabinets were not normally stocked, and according to the website would take 3 weeks to ship. I ordered 4 weeks ahead of planned installation date. The cabinets showed up in a week. That is better than being late, however they took up space until needed. I inspected the shipment upon delivery and everything looked good. I unpacked and assembled the cabinets the following day. The cabinets themselves were in great shape. A filler strip and toe kick were damaged. I emailed Cabinet Giant pics and a description of damages and they sent out replacements the following day via overnight shipping. The instructions supplied with the cabinets were laughable. YouTube to the rescue with great step by step details. The first drawer base went together slowly, but after that it went quickly. Now I could assemble a drawer base in 15 minutes. The sink base in 5. No particle board. No crappy plastic veneer inside. Inside and sides are stained to match the front. Only the back is unfinished. The back piece and bottom pieces could be a little thicker but will most likely be fine for whatever is placed inside. Once installed the cabinets are indistinguishable from regular high end cabinets that come assembled. The finish on the front is consistent and very nice. My mom is ecstatic. She thinks they are elegant and look expensive. She used the money she saved on cabinets to purchase the quartz countertop, sink and faucet she really wanted. I am very pleased with overall Cabinet Giant experience and the product itself. More importantly my mom loves her cabinets and the money she saved.

Our kitchen was ordered in two stages. The first order which contained the bulk of our kitchen came on a well packaged, stretch wrapped pallet. There were a couple slight blemishes in two of the cabinets but I believe it was the trucking company, not Cabinetgiant. The second shipment came in, as the first in only a few days. This shipment contained an 18 X 42 wall cabinet that basically was packaged with a well broken door. Thankfully I was able to glue the door back together. There is a visible crack in the door however it goes pretty much unnoticed unless one studies the cabinet. I thought about sending it back but wanted to finish the project. The cabinets are, as described made out of solid wood and plywood with NO particle board. The hardware is quality, I especially like the self closing drawer slides. If it hadn't been for the prepackaged damage (cabinet box had no blemishes, even the foam the door was wrapped in ) on my cabinet door I'd have given a 5 star rating. Would definitely return if a project comes up.

The design process was very stressful, it was hard to get in contact with the person "designing" my kitchen. At times I didn't feel like I was being heard when I would say what I wanted. The delivery guys were nice and accommodating. The directions to put the cabinets together are atrocious. I wasn't told that there was a PDF file online so my boyfriend and I struggled thru the directions provided. And they are laughable. When we finally found the PDF file online, they still were subpar. I'm not 100% sure I would ever purchase from cabinet giant again. The hassle may not be worth the money saved. In reply to cabinet giant: it was a piece on the bottom of the soft close drawers. The drawing in the PDF instructions was not even close. My boyfriend had to figure it out on his own. There has also been a lot of dings on the cabinets, and the sides were warped and bent, chipping and broken pieces. And when I emailed you I got no apology. I changed my rating bc I'm 100% sure I would never recommend to anyone. It's worth spending the extra money somewhere else for better customer service and quality product.

I appreciated the extra help from Tarah. She double checked our design, went over my order and had me add a couple of things for trim that I did end up using. The instructions with the cabinets are not very detailed but you really don't need them except on which panel to start with when putting them together. I recommend putting together the simplest cabinet first. Don't start with a lazy susan or corner piece. Watch an installation video on youtube which you can access from their website. I transported 13 cabinets (10'x10' Kitchen) from KC to Nashville in my Sequoia. I could have had it dropped on site but I got them earlier picking them up. Either way it was easy and painless.
