Received shipment in a timely manner with no damage. Very well made cabinets. Extremely happy with my purchase.

These cabinet are nice to a point, but they are a laminate, I thought they were painted. I also thought they were assembled using a camlock system, but mine are not, they are a retention clip and screw. Several of the clip's screws were loose, and many were out of alignment. I also have had some of the plywood separate at the plys, to which I have glued them back together, but has delayed to the assembly time by a day on each piece to allow curing time for the glue. There have also been some surface defects in the face of the cabinets. Some I have been able to fill in using the provided 'crayon', but some are just to large an area to cover without it being obvious that it has tried to be repaired. Also, several of the drawer fronts have not lined up on cabinets with multiple drawers, so I had to change the position of them. Since I have cabinetry building experience, these are easy fixes for me, just time consuming. There is one exception, and I haven't called back to see what my options are, but I needed a double oven cabinet and my product only comes in single. Supposedly its an easy conversion by removing a couple of the drawers. However, the dimensions do not work out that way and I may have to have a piece of facia made to cover a gap under the ovens and above the bottom drawer. All that being said, the price I paid was reasonable compared to custom built, and I do like the soft close function of the doors and drawers. That hardware is heavy duty and should last. And the ordering process was relatively smooth, the sales girl was very nice and somewhat informative, and it also worked out that there is a local warehouse so I saved on shipping and delivery hassles by picking them up myself. However, all being said,

Customer service expedited my order. I is nice working with a company that provides great customer service. There's never a problem with me sending a drawing of my kitchen layout. It's so nice to get the professional rendering back within a day. I have used them more than once and have been satisfied every time.

I should have guessed when the first time I talked to Jennifer, her telling me that perhaps Cabinet Giant wasn't for me, when I was simply asking normal consumer questions, that she was right. Figuring everyone could have a bad day, I worked with someone else when I called. She was helpful but told me if I saw the cabinet listed online it meant it was in stock. It wasn't. We received all but one cabinet. That cabinet arrived a MONTH later. A MONTH. My crew was only available on Friday nights and Saturdays and had other projects to complete. Fortunately THEY were kind enough to work late on Wednesday night before Thanksgiving to install the cabinet and finally the crown molding that I initially ordered so my wife was happy about that. But the agita, and the delay on other items that needed to be done made this experience a little less than stellar. The product itself was okay. You'll see similar cabinets, likely by the same Chinese maker on Flip or Flop. Reasonably priced and frankly I like them. Cabinet Giants, were more like Cabinet Dwarfs regarding the service. Oh yes. Forgot to mention that they promised the product before the end of October which was acceptable. Sadly, the product coming from China wasn't available and not delivered until the Friday before Thanksgiving. If I order from them again, and I suggest you do the same, I'd call and double-check to be sure the product is in fact in stock. If it is, frankly Cabinet Giants is great!!! And on subsequent calls so was Jennifer on the times she was the only one available. The cabinets are easy to build and I frankly am the poster child for, you shouldn't build this yourself...yet I did construct ONE, the last one, and it was super simple. All that said, I would still recommend Cabinet Giants, just follow my caviat.

Had a nice experience with this company. First with a sample to truly see the finish, color, and wood quality. Then the ordering was great as well. The price was nice versus other alternatives. Delivery was as advertised. Only complaint was that I had to redrill many of the pilot holes as they were not large enough to take the provided screws. Also the provided instructions were of no help, had to go online to see some of the instructions. Unless you had some mechanical aptitude you might struggle. However they are well made and the wood and finish are top notch. Would buy more from them

I have ordered cabinets for a kitchen project from Cabinet Giant on 11/17/16. Sales rep (Jen) have stated that the order will be delivered on 11/23/16, a day before Thanksgiving. I agreed to proceed. On 11/22/16 I received an email with tracking stating that the package was just picked up from Cabinet Giant on 11/22/16, and is scheduled to be delivered on 11/30/16, a week after the initially confirmed delivery date. I have contacted the sales rep, in hopes to find a soulution. Instead I received rude replies with the only remedy being a cancellation of the order. Wishing to escalate the matter I asked for a manager. Josh (manager) was not willing to rectify the problem, and instead suggested that the order should be cancelled. I explained that I am not ready to make that decision, and that I will get back to Josh. Ten minutes later I received a voice mail from Josh that he made the decision to cancel the order. Essentially, Cabinet Giant staff held my money for a week, failed to ship on time, and ultimately cancelled the order against my will, resulting in substantial disruption of our workflow. The level of unprofessionalism is striking. Proper management strategy is to deescalate the problem. Josh chose to do exactly the opposite. Company that treats clients in this manner should not have a satisfactory rating.

Mark, We're very sorry that things did not work out with your kitchen. Your statement that we chose to cancel your order is entirely correct. The reason we chose to do so, is based solely on the fact that you managed to accuse everyone you spoke to in our organization of being a liar, demanded your cabinetry free of charge, and claimed that we only sought to make your life more difficult. While I can assure that our intentions are to always please our customers, there unfortunately are times when a customer makes it blatantly clear that pleasing them isn't going to be an attainable goal. In the future, if you want to be treated well, then it would serve you best to treat the people who are trying to help you with respect as well. Instead, you chose to verbally threaten to do everything in your power to defame our company if we didn't hit an impossible deadline and meet demands that were never promised to you, all while claiming that my staff (who works very hard and regularly receives praise for their professionalism from customers) wasn't capable of fixing the issues you were complaining about. After you decided to make a derogatory comment about myself (Josh/manager) and then proceeded to hang up the phone, without confirming that you indeed wanted to cancel your order, I made a decision to choose to not take your business. While it's true we will lose a significant amount of money because of that decision, it seems to be in everyone's best interest. I called you back to alert you of that decision, and when you didn't answer, I left you a voicemail alerting you of my choice, outlining the process of issuing you a 100% refund of your order. Our company has an excellent track record over 11 years of serving customers with great kitchens at even greater prices, all while providing unrivaled service. I'm honestly sorry that we couldn't meet your expectations, and I wish you the best in the future. - Josh
