first the good, the site is fairly easy to navigate, and the prices are very competitive. I really like the consistent pricing unlike some of the other stores that have a sale every other week. The bad: the images of the cabinets was nearly unusable for the style I was looking at (grey stoneshaker). I ordered 3 sample doors from 3 different companies the RTA store, Cabinet Giant, and RTA cabinet supply. All three samples were exactly the same.

We ordered the cheaper cabinets because we were using them for a soda fountain counter and storage space in the garage and "looks" just wasn't that important. I wanted wood, no presswood or particleboard of any kind. Now remember, these are cheap imported Chinese cabinets. I knew ahead of time, that's what I paid for and that's what I got. No problems, they work just fine! I just don't think I'd use these in a "high-end" kitchen.

Tried to contact this company with questions multiple times, email, phone, website. Can't reach anyone to order/answer questions... waste of time. Update: They finally managed to respond to my email, apologizing for taking a month to do so. They also reported my review as fake to TrustPilot, got it taken down until I provided proof of emails.

Cabinets are very nice. There are very few imperfections and a few dings that we can either fix, hide or just deal with. But otherwise customer service is great and the design team is responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend. In fact, our contractor is very interested in this product for other clients.

Great cabinets, all wood, no mdf, very well finished and easy to assemble. Some transit damage to one piece but they sent a replacement the next day. About one third the cost of cabinets from Lowe’s.
