Mixed up order twice, then sent broken item.

I have purchased several kitchen cabinet packages from Cabinet Giant. If they continue to have colors and styles I want, I will continue to buy from them. There was an issue with the shipping company on my last order, however, once I notified them about the issue, no questions were asked nor hassles given. They immediately shipped out the missing pieces. I am quite happy with them and I do recommend them to others.

The product is 100% top notch high quality. I would compare it to Home Depots American Woodmark with much better pricing. But the problem I have with Cabinet Giant is they are very bad with instruction drawings. On the placement with fillers and moldings. A lot of guess work is involved. And when you ask them to provide them it like pulling teeth and still not adequate.

I absoutley love cabinet giant. Good product. Great price and fantastic service. It’s the only place I buy cabinets and I’ve done upwards of 30 kitchens and baths.

This is our second project that we used Cabinet Giant. The products are very good quality and if there is a problem they fix it right away. We used the drop ship method of delivery where we had to pick them up at a local shipping company and get free shipping. It was well worth it and not a big deal to go get them.

I have been using Cabinet Giant for 5 years now and have been very happy with thier products. I install them in entire new homes valued at over $500,000.

Easy to put together. No particleboard! However some of the drawer glides were older model and some were new soft close. Wish they were all the same
