Ordering was easy, price is competitive, and delivery was quick. This was a gift for my daughter. While she hasn’t used it long enough for a thorough review, she feels optimistic about long term comfort of this chair.

It arrived promptly. It was packaged well. It assembled easily. I like the large Assembly guide - easier to keep track of the instructions.

The seat I purchased is helping my support my lower back. My order was filled the same day and was delivered in 2 days. I am very happy with this purchase.

fast shipment. product not as expected. won't fit in our desk chair, can't use in recliner. caring company stood by their product and took care of me with a refund when they didn't have to. they show that they will correct any problems, how refreshing! they went above and beyond my expectations!

First time ordering from Cabevibe and won't be the last! The chair arrived quickly and was very well packaged. Chair is exactly what I was looking for my desk setup. There was an issue with the chair, but the Cabevibe Team, especially Chloe, was able to sort it out for me and went above and beyond to make things right. They stand behind their product and I am happy with my experience overall. Keep up the good work!

When I connected the company about shipping my order, they got back to me right away and my package arrived on time. Thank you!

I’m pleased with the costumer service for fully understand that the products I ordered were not working with my back problem . And they giving me full refund for it is a plus. Hoping one day I’ll find products from them that suit my needs . Again thank you everyone from Cabevibe.

Their M2 support has done the trick, and given me the support as a resident doctor who sits all day sometimes.
