So I was fortunate enough to get through to Maria Dutt... She not only was pleasant,friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the product. She was fast, knew the solution to my questions and represented Byrna Technologies in the best light. I felt confident when I got off the phone with her, if you could clone her, then do so. because she is excellent in her customer service skills!

I contacted customer support about an issue was having with NY trigger sticking. With a very quick response they told me that my Co2 Cartridge was to tight. I done as instructed and my launcher is now working perfect!
