I’ve had my LE for a few weeks now and have put over 600 rounds through it without issue. Byrnas support team really makes you feel like they care and want you to be completely satisfied. I had some issues at the beginning but Byrna worked very fast in making everything right. Byrnas rounds do have some issues cracking but they are more than willing to be sure to make it right and send you new rounds. They’ve also been very open about things behind the scenes when asked. I’ll be buying Byrna launchers for my family and friends in the future Byrna has definitely left a long lasting good impression on me! Id also personally like to thank Kayla Paquette who has helped me through everything since I got my launcher.

On the 11 of June I was target practicing with my Byrna when my daughter noticed the right side safety lever missing. Wrote customer service on the 12th and heard from them on the 13th and informed of the screws needed were in route on the 14th. STELLAR! Customer service rocks.

Ordered a new holster and my Max projectiles on Tuesday. Received them today. When I ordered my LE edition I had it within a week and a half. This will be my fifth launcher I have purchased. Every transaction with Byrna has gone on without a hitch! Great product. Awesome customer service!

Customer service was extremely helpful and replies to email questions and concerns were prompt. Customer service is also very knowledgeable, courteous, and patient.
