Byrna customer service is top of the line. Thank you to Christine Gunder, who was a great help. So glad I connected with this product and these folks! Edited 9/8/2023 - typo "Smyrna" s/b "Byrna". Must have been thinking of a recent drive through GA!

It's great to see Byrna develop solid products and continually seek to improve based on customer feedback and requests. Their public outreach, social media, and videos help raise awareness and promote best practices for personal defense. On 5 Sep 2023, I called customer service with a bunch of questions. I spoke with Christine G. who did a great job of answering all my questions. I already had a positive opinion of Byrna, but after that call I'm even more impressed. Looking forward to see more excellence and innovation in the years ahead.

I needed assistance with purchasing a Byrna launcher. Even though I did some research on line, I wanted to speak to someone for a better explanation. Well, I was very lucky to have reached Christine. She was EXCEPTIONAL with her knowledge of the products and was so very patient with me. Christine is an exemplary asset to Byrna and I can't wait to receive my new launcher. Thank you again Christine!!!

Kayla answered my question almost immediately and provided the details that I needed to know. I was comparing the SDXL with the LE launcher. I already own two SDXLs (one orange and one black). They've worked perfectly. However, it's critical that you use the CO2 cartridges from Byrna. Cartridges from other vendors that I had on hand for a pellet revolver don't work with Byrna launchers. Buy the best from Byrna. I keep an SDXL in each car and want a 3rd for walking the dogs so I'm prepared for coyotes and bad guys. I'll be getting a LE soon. It is similar to the SDXLs but more powerful and with a better trigger system. I'm so happy with Byrna that I bought some of their stock as an investment. Surely this company is going places.

These guys are great. Byrna gave me my 10% discount after I ordered my products. Looking forward to having this tool for fun recreation and to keep my wife and I safe while traveling the US.
