Maria at Burna was a tremendous help to me. After I had purchased the Burna LE and a number of additional Burna items and had checked out, after this I saw a pop-up that said you could get a 10% discount on your first order. I contacted Burna and left an email message regarding what had happened. Within 15 minutes I received an email that the discount credit was issued to my card. That is fantastic customer service, and I highly recommend this company for their prompt and friendly customer service! Thank Maria!!

Purchased a Target Trap for practice. After watching the video it failed the first time we attempted to fold it back up. Byrna responded and replaced it in record time. New one works fine.
