BUYER’S BEWARE. This was the most horrendous experience of my life . I ordered a $210 bottle of wine and paid an extra $50 to have it delivered overnight . Cut to . the bottle didn’t arrive until 3 days later . I was told that they would NOT refund any of the fee they charged for overnight service insisting it was attempted to be delivered twice , which it was not . I spoke to a very rude supervisor who hung up on me because I referred to her as “dear” which is an endearing southern term btw. I will NEVER trust or shop at this ridiculous establishment again . If you’re going to have a shop and overcharge customers , lose the attitude and train your supervisors better. If you’re going to use Fed Ex as your courier , take responsibility for their mess ups or go with a courier more reliable . Just a rude, overpriced and nasty experience .

I had a glass of wine at a local restaurant in NM and fell in love with it. Turns out nobody in NM sells it by the bottle. I was so excited when I found this site and they had my wine. The bottle cost less than the single glass had. Shipping was as much as two bottles which was kind of a bummer, but when I opened it, it was packaged so well to keep them from breaking. Someone over 21 did have to be home to sign for the package. Easy enough. The wine was just as good as I remember and I’ll definitely order more. I’ve been eyeing some of the combo boxes to try some different ones. Customer service was also great. My Apple Pay accidentally put my old address when I was checking out. I emailed right away asking to correct it and I had a reply within 24 hours confirming they updated my address and sent me a new order confirmation email. Very happy with this company.

My package was lost on FedEx’s end. I worked with Lupe who worked diligently with FedEx to find out what happened and what resolution could be formulated to get my package to me. With Lupe’s help, I received my package in less than 48hrs. I appreciate all the hard work that was put in to getting me my wine!
