I purchased 7 bottles of a wine I liked They sent it over an extended hot weather period I asked merchant to return the wines which they did but now after 2 months they have their wine and my money They have not yet refunded my money Be careful of this merchant

I had a very disappointing experience with BuyWinesOnline. I paid an extra $34 for two-day shipping, but my order didn’t even ship for seven days because of a heat advisory. While I understand weather-related delays can happen, I don’t believe customers should pay for expedited shipping that isn’t actually provided. When I realized the order hadn’t shipped, I tried to cancel it, but I was told I couldn’t because it had already been palletized. Unfortunately, I left for a planned vacation before the delayed shipment was finally delivered, and because an adult signature was required, the delivery was unsuccessful. I contacted customer service to see if they could either reship the order or cancel it. I was told I would have to pay another $34 to have it shipped again, or if I canceled, I would be charged another $34 plus a restocking fee. Out of the $108 I had already paid, I was only refunded $43. I understand that companies have policies, but I feel they should also take responsibility when they are unable to provide the expedited shipping service that customers paid for. The lack of flexibility and the financial penalties left me feeling like I was paying for delays that were outside of my control. Based on my experience, I will not order from BuyWinesOnline again.

July 1, my order, 448882, was placed so that it would arrive before July 4th. Today is July 7th, 448882, is still undelivered.

BUYER’S BEWARE. This was the most horrendous experience of my life . I ordered a $210 bottle of wine and paid an extra $50 to have it delivered overnight . Cut to . the bottle didn’t arrive until 3 days later . I was told that they would NOT refund any of the fee they charged for overnight service insisting it was attempted to be delivered twice , which it was not . I spoke to a very rude supervisor who hung up on me because I referred to her as “dear” which is an endearing southern term btw. I will NEVER trust or shop at this ridiculous establishment again . If you’re going to have a shop and overcharge customers , lose the attitude and train your supervisors better. If you’re going to use Fed Ex as your courier , take responsibility for their mess ups or go with a courier more reliable . Just a rude, overpriced and nasty experience .

Con artists! Don’t buy!!!!!

I paid $241.01, including $71.85 for overnight shipping. The product was never delivered. BuyWineOnline changed my delivery address without authorization to a Walgreens pickup location. Walgreens confirmed they never received the package, yet BuyWineOnline continued sending pickup emails and refused to issue a refund. Instead, I was told I would still owe $143.70 in shipping/return fees for a product I never received. It has now been nearly a month, multiple refund requests, and no resolution. Their issue is clearly with FedEx — yet they are holding my money. Unacceptable customer service. Buy at your own risk.

Do Not Buy From This Company. My package was damage and lost in shopping and they are requesting that I pay 49$ for them to reship the product that I already have purchased.

I bought wine around the world 20 bottles - had it going to NY When you make payment thru Apple pay their software cancels out the Shipping location and defaults to the Billing adress which is Wrong. Their software flaw which is fault of vendor, not client. They are aware of issue but would not resend out the order to person who should have received the order, instead wanted to charge me twice for picking up and shipping the order correctly They are aware of the issue and did not want to stand behind their error. I canceled the order and will be disputing the charge now after saying that then they can now have Fed x Pick it up- horrible customer service, will Never Use or Recommend them again.
