BuyWinesOnline.comReviews of buywinesonline.com

excellent customer service and quick shipping

Customer service is awesome. There is a great selection of wines ah what pear them with

Before I begin this review, I wish to warn fellow wine lovers NOT to deal with wines.com. I recently placed an order with them for the same wine I usually get from Buy Wines Online. They charged me twice as much and what they sent was bilge water. I complained to them, but they never answered my Emails. Steer clear of these people! I have done business with Buy Wines Online for years with fantistic customer service and great wines at affordable prices. Anna and others in customer servive get back to you fast and go the extra distance for you. Assorted wines offers are a great way to learn more about what wines you like at a very resonable price. They will also ship the way you want. This company is the way people used to do busiess when companies really cared about thier customers and their product. 10 star would not be enough for their product and customer servive.

Forgot to put in my discount and it was resolved in one day ! Thanks to Anna! Company always has what I need and at a good price. Keeps me informed of when the order is coming.
