I placed an order a few months back and apparently they forgot to ship it til I called. I placed another order at the beginning of July and was supposed to arrived on the 10th, it didn’t, the carrier said there was no adult to sign for at Walgreens, carrier was supposed to reattempt the deliver next day, it didn’t. Wine package sat at 100 degree warehouse for 17 days and again, supposed to b delivered tdy. I was asked to accept the box open a bottle and it if it isn’t any good to return! I’m stunned they had the audacity to even suggest that. The agent was sweet and I was very sorry she works for a company with poor policies.

They claim to temperature control the product they ship but that's happy talk when their shipping requires 5 days on a UPS truck in the middle of summer. The cooler packs died long ago and my wine arrived at 87 degrees. Needless to say, it's toast. They should create a better chill system, expedite their shipping, or deny orders requiring 5 days to deliver during summer. My great chrd has become useless swill.

CAVEAT EMPTOR... I feel misled in that I ordered 10 bottles of wine and received 10 half bottles- one was damaged with the cork popping through the top. I requested compensation and was told for a fee of $79 I could return the bottles. That is absurd. I never thought to examine the ml amount of the bottle as based on the photo on their website, the bottle looked like a standard sized bottle- and importantly was priced accordingly. This is a true case of CAVEAT EMPTOR. I reached out to customer service, and they offered to credit me for the damaged bottle; however, no extra offerings to offset the lack of satisfaction as a customer. I would have at least offered a coupon for a future order or even sent a complimentary bottle of wine. I will NOT order from this company again. And I advise anyone considering ordering from this company to think twice. It is preferable to support local businesses. You will not save money by ordering through this company.

This is completely false. We very CLEARLY state the wine is 375 ml and it is priced accordingly. I actually screenshotted the product page you obviously DID NOT read and you believe that is somehow our fault. Below you can see where we very CLEARLY state 375 ml across no less than 4 spots on the product page including it being highlighted in red and bolded far bigger than any other text. I also screenshotted the 750 ml so you can see how the pictures CLEARLY differ as well as the very CLEAR price difference. Again, we're all puzzled how you believe this is somehow our fault for you having no idea what you're doing on the internet. https://gyazo.com/ec6cd56b90577a6aa93bedc7acb932b5 https://gyazo.com/690f4ab20fbc3104c872dfa473f20826 https://gyazo.com/70ae15d3612729ca25641524b6a39d68 https://gyazo.com/1878170aac24487bf4ed31e9d9f96f5b

I specifically googled where I could buy a specific vintage of wine. The results pointed me to BuyWinesOnline.com. So when I went online at their site and found the vintage, I ordered what I could across two orders within two weeks of each other. It was a 2021 Cabernet. It was supposedly all that they had in stock. The order was in April 2025 and fast forward to December 2025 when we finally opened the cases sent to us. Well, they were Vintage 2019. We opened a bottle and it is not anywhere as good as the 2021. When I raised it with customer service they tried to convince me it is what I ordered. When they sent me the snap shot of what I ordered, it showed a 2021. But then they said their system overlaid the current 2021 inventory onto my previous order. I don’t buy that in the least because I know what I was trying to get. I told Anthony, customer service rep- I assume, this boils down to a trust issue. I know what I ordered online and what I received is not it. Shame on me for waiting 8 months to open the cases. I appreciate your comments but i am not changing my view nor comments. I know what I ordered and what was presented to me in your website. I was seeking a 2021 and did not order it anywhere else online. However, I did buy out the supply of a local liquor store. Agree to disagree. And the links, as I mentioned to Anthony are simply the delivery documents and not what was ordered. When he supplied the order page it did show the 2021. But Anthony says your system overwrites old order info with new inventory. It isn’t something I accept. But be that as it may, it is my fault for not looking inside the cases until now. And as mentioned to Anthony, I am not seeking anything other than assurance that what I order is what will be delivered. And so someone should check to see if your system did pull in 2021 because allegedly you only had 12 bottles. But when I went back in a week or so later there was another 12 bottles. I like your site and delivery. I am simply very disappointed to find this out now…again, that is on me.

We are equally as confused because your order very clearly stated the 2019 vintage back in April (8 months ago). We didn't even have the new 2021 vintage until July (3 whole months after you ordered)! It would be impossible for you to even receive the 2021 from us back in April 2025. Below are screenshots taken DIRECTLY from your order. I think you might be talking about a different company because we shipped EXACTLY what YOU ordered. https://gyazo.com/20301ed407ab6e10cf6803a5cea9e553 https://gyazo.com/15dedbf71607e3ade0591b46a0d50f61

On-sale variety packs were almost all the same poor quality bottles. Probably just trying to move old inventory.

I was happy they had the selection I wanted. I paid extra for ice, got 4 bags of it, to make sure it would stay cold. The box arrived with my six bottles in a regular cardboard box with some ice packs that were already hot, not cold at all, none of them touching the wine just placed in holder spots. There was nothing keeping it cold, I thought some sort of styrofoam or something to hold the cold in. All six bottles warm/hot to the touch. The $20 extra for ice was a waste. I emailed twice waiting a few days to see if I could get a reply but nothing. Wish I could have included the picture of how they arrived. Bittersweet to find the wine only to be disappointed. I gave a 2 since they actually had it vs places that didn't, probably should have gave a 1. Maybe your experience will differ. Will post an update if they ever respond.
