Lupe was very helpful and wonderful to work with. Unfortunately they didn’t have the wine I ordered but Lupe did a great job to resolve the situation.

Quick shipmet with on time información

Order delivered on time. All wines that were ordered arrived in great condition. Packaging was first-rate. Will order from these folks again.

Great selection. Excellent customer service—before and after the sale

Took longer to receive than anticipated. Maybe that just means the wine aged a little longer! However Ian very pleased with the price and the wine.

I placed an order and realized the next day that it wouldn’t get to me on time for my event. So I called customer service and made a last minute change to my shipping to receive the order on time. They were very friendly and accommodating.

Quick replies and when I accidentally ordered 2 cases, you efficiently took care of my error. Will order from you again!
