What a nightmare of delivery!

Ease of use, quick delivery, quality packaging.

I have purchased from you many times. Every purchase was prompt , courteous (If I had a question?) and delivery was always on time! Your web site is well organized and easy for ordering. I am very pleased with this service you provide! Sincerely, Mr. R. Liebert

Great service had what I wanted delivered in perfect condition great company will be using them for hard to get wines.

I liked the option to email directly following my confirmed order. I had a few minor changes, and Kristina was quick to respond and remedy. Wonderful customer service!

There was a series of mistakes in my order as a result of a computer glitch. I called and the customer service agent was outstanding. Knowledgeable, efficient, and gracious. What a delight.

I placed my order. I got tracking and the order said it was to arrive the next day. When it did not show up I checked the tracking and it was being sent back to the shipper. Apparently it was broke in shipping. They resent out my order and the exact same thing happened the second time. They have my money and 4 weeks later I still do not have my order.

We had a few snags that were our fault and the company was very helpful working with us!! Excellent experience!!
