TRUFFA

My experience wasn’t that great but the support when finally came seems to be good. I will know for sure when I see my credit card statement. I’ve been billed for something I have never received. However originally I was billed for far more than I ordered. In any case, it was a miss match from the beginning to the end. I have been advised they are issuing me a credit. It remains to be seen.

My mother said she ordered one item but they sent her ten and charged her $182 for them. Then she said the packaging was all worn and I presentable looking. She is elderly and trying to return them so I’m helping her do it but it’s a whole ten step process just to do that. Just think if I had let her handle it on her own. Just send me the info so that she can return the items and stop sending me surveys that you don’t want the truth on.

the first time i called to check on the status of my order the lady was extremely rude b/c i didn’t have my order number before i could ask her to look it up by email she hung up on me…. second and third phone calls were very pleasant

Victoria is a nice and helpful support, who are promptly backing & furth trying to resolve my order issue. Appreciated her assistance with this matter I concerned.

Very understanding

Customer service gave 5* service. Refunds take a while. Ordering could be improved for buyer. You need to concentrate when ordering as it is easy to add items not knowing.
