Bought items without realising!
Unfortunately I feel I was misled and mis-sold. I had a message to say I was their 1 millionth customer and I could benefit from more products. It pre-filled goods for me which were inadvertently then added to my basket. I immediately contacted them to ask to cancel the goods but was told I couldn’t as they had been despatched….must be the most efficient company ever! I am currently waiting to be told how I can return those goods at my expense…. UPDATE: to be fair the customer service team have been great and I now have a full refund. I would suggest to them though to review how their website operates so that other customers are not confused and feel misled as I did.

Total rubbish
Total rubbish, simply does not work. This product is a scam. Don’t waste your money on this. I will happily tell you my experience but i do not appreciate being sent a form requesting my full name and address and telephone number but no where to write mt statement. As i am, sure you are aware - in the advert for this product it clearly shows a gentleman simply whipping over a huge piece of missing paint so a wing mirror and it magically disappears . Now I wasn’tt expecting quite such a result but it wont even take the slightest scratch out of the cars paint work. Your advertising of this product is very misleading.

Meine Fragen/Probleme zur Bestellung 20.7. und wurden mir zeitnah 21.7. beantwortet. Die Fragen zur Rücksendung (3.8. 2026) laufen noch, aber der Kontakt/Rückinfo folgte schnell auf meine Problematik.

Unfortunately, the product didn't work for me. I tested it several times. No effect!

Puro ilusionismo
Puro ilusionismo. Todo mentira, publicidad engañosa, no sirve para nada, ni más ni menos que cualquier otro pulimento de los que existen en el mercado mucho más económicos. Y además no cumplen con lo que garantizan de devolución inmediata sin preguntas, he solicitado la devolución hace un mes y ni han contestado. No existe contacto, no existe teléfono, no existe atención al cliente, todo fraudulento
