The ordering straight forward but!
The ordering straight forward, but the product simply didn't work for me. Customer service is quick, friendly but promise a refund forthcoming but has not materialized yet. They say until a survey, this one, is filled out, THEN the further process will be explained. Feels like a delay tactic.

The initial advertising is very misleading
The initial advertising on you tube sounded promising hence my order, which I received earlier today. In accordance with the instructions on the packet I washed and dried the car in prepay for using the cloth. Being brand new it was loaded with the white compound which I carefully rubbed onto a light hedge mark on the wing in a circular motion, and then buffed off with a micro cloth. The compound disappeared but the marking remained! This was repeated 4-5 times but to no avail. My experience was completely unsatisfactory hence my request for to return and refund my payment within your warranty guarantee period

Reembolso devuelto, os dejo dirección postal de devolución
Buenos días hice un pedido de un solo producto y me añadiendo en total diez más cuando me di cuenta me habían cobrado 137,19 € y solicito en el mismo momento un reembolso y me dicen que no puede ser que el pedido está tramitado, vuelvo a pedir el reembolso completo que no quiero el pedido y me dicen que cuando llegue el pedido que lo devuelva... Me ha costado mucho tiempo de mensajes y solicitando dirección postal y por fin me la envían , y he tenido que recibir el paquete y reenviarlo por correos con seguimiento a esta dirección postal 4PX EXPRESS Gmbh Ludwig - Erhard - strabe 57 28197 Bremen , Alemania Me ha sorprendido me han devuelto mi dinero, que tengáis mucha suerte.

Ordering Process/Product did Not Work
When ordering, after I entered my payment information the website kept offering me other items I did not want. It even said I was the one millionth customer, so I had a special offer. After rejecting all offers, the last offer said continue. It did not say "BUY", so I hit continue and it automatically charged me and said Thanks for Your Order. No review of the order and then hit purchase. I called within seconds and was told the two items would be removed and I would receive an email. I never received the email and called back only to be told the order was already processed and I would have to return after I received it. Very poor service and I feel underhanded marketing. The NanoCloth I wanted did not work on even minor scratches on my car. I followed all directions and tried twice but it did not work. I am returning all products for a refund.

I dislike the fact that I wanted to…
I dislike the fact that I wanted to only buy 1 cloth and with a confusing part at the checkout I ended up with a placed order for 2 cloths and I wasn't made aware of all the extra insurances involved as well as postage cost
