Such a shame as what was a purchase that I really believed was genuine turns out to be very stressful. I certainly did not sign up for a £51 subscription and luckily I could see that on PayPal and cancelled it straight away. My bank unable to help as it went through PayPal system. Waiting to see if the company will refund the £55.18 I paid on top of the £14.95 for the product. I have had responses back from my emails offering $10 or something but this certainly will not compensate for the £55.18 paid without proper consent. What the FedEx payment description is I have no idea, is this P&P, surely not, all in all this experience is very frustrating. Such a shame that innocently scrolling through your Instagram account can end up in such a bad way, customers beware! At least have a cup of coffee first!!

I have read the reviews and wish I had read them before buying. I paid a total of £71.92 pence for a Waterfall and cones. I have not tried it as I was giving it as a present but now I don't think I can. They ripped me off by saying It was £14.95 and I could have 80% off cones. I contacted them asking for a refund and they said I could have one but of course it hasn't happened. I cancelled about 10 seconds after I ordered when I saw what they were taking and I was told it had already been packed and shipped. IT'S A RIP OFF. DON'T FALL FOR IT LIKE I DID

This company took the initial payment of 17.94 then a further unauthorised payment of 47.99. Its theft plain and simple. Ive started emailing them but no reply as of yet. This is disgraceful I cant afford to lose this money. I am not working. I feel so bad falling for this

I purchased this item plus two more as gifts. This product did not perform as advertised no matter how many cones I lit. I expressed my concerns to the company to request a refund and was met with resistance. I still have the items with no refund; Too embarrassed to gift them. The cones do not have a scent as described.

SCAM!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!! What was supposed to be £14.95 HAS AMOUNTED TO £73!!! I immediately emailed to cancel my order and SURPRISE SURPRISE they’re taking long to get back to me! It’s an absolute scam!!!

Unfortunately my sister bought one and trust me it smelt absolutely disgusting! We couldn’t get it out of her house quick enough. All I can say is it just smelt like a bonfire. Be warned, do not waste your money.

If you have been unfortunate enough to fall for this ad on social media as i did then first and foremost If you paid by PayPal quickly get into your reoccurring pre authorised payment set ups and get them cancelled. They set up without you realising, luckily i read reviews and sure enough there it was set up ready to rip me off some more. In addition you can buy the exact same thing for about £8.00 on ebay. Also these cones are disgusting, have no scent other than burning wood which stinks your house out and not in a nice way, the good reviews here cannot be genuine in my opinion!

This company are an absolute disgrace. Paid almost £50 for the ornament and extra cones however, once lit a ghastly smell of nauseous burnt wood emits causing a bad stink causing a health hazard. The complete opposite of what they state. STEAR CLEAR.
