A few things that needs improvement
The links in Helpdesk and Tracking, sub category, "Order status and Shipping" does not work and show that " the page is not working". Also when you sign into your account, it does not show order history or account detail etc, just profile and logout options.

Tom and Chris were more than helpful in…
Tom and Chris were more than helpful in providing me with the parts for repairing my classic vehicle. The majority of the needed parts were very difficult to find. Both of them went above and beyond the call in order to provide the parts, but gave great prices for the material they were able to locate. Thanks Guys.

Definitely a bang for your buck and they carry all major and famous brands from stock to performance.

Very courteous and knowledgeable.
Very courteous and knowledgeable. However, it's been since 1/15/2020 and I still haven't received any parts or even a shipping confirmation.
Response from BuyBrakes.comFeb 7, 2020
Apologies Jeff, that Free tube of brake lube that Tom included into the order ended up putting the entire shipment on back order! Centric was between shipments on the lube and they held the entire order 'till it was in. I'd rather they would of shipped all of your brake components immediately and sent the lube when they had it. ASE Master Mechanic Tom had good intent by including that product we actually don't list on our store, but... sometimes good intent doesn't produce great results. All good now, your tracking numbers have been issued for your inbound shipment.
