Basically, I called asking if I could have a set of pads shipped to me the following day. They said they would have to check the warehouse supply. They checked the warehouse supply and said yes I could receive them the following day. In an actuality the warehouse was 40 minutes from my house. When I ask if I could pick them up from the warehouse instead of waiting for the shipment, I was told no that Turn14 who is the distribution center in Indiana does not allow will call pick ups. I received a FedEx shipping number from buybrakes.com that indicated the parts had shipped. Today I checked the shipping number and called the warehouse and was told the parts had not left the distribution center. When I spoke with the representative from buybrakes.com he said I can tell you with 95% surety that you’ll get the brakes tomorrow. That didn’t happen. I would say that buybrakes.com needs to be a little more transparent concerning their supplier and shipping. I find it unbelievable that there’s a warehouse located 40 minutes from my house and it’s going to take them 3 to 4 days for me to get the pads when I could’ve driven there and pick them up. This is the problem with businesses nowadays, the consumer can go to hell they pay their money and they’ll just have to wait for whatever they want. I will not be purchasing any other products from buybrakes.com. I will definitely make sure that if I am purchasing something and Turn 14 is involved I will make sure that I find somewhere else to purchase them.

Ordered front and rear sets of EBC Yellow stuff brake pads and rotors. Was not informed that they did NOT come with the installation kit like the last set of EBC pads and rotors I purchased elsewhere. I bought them from BuyBrakes because they were less money than other competitor sites but then had to unexpectedly spend more money at the mechanic's for the installation kit.

They send me Akebono brake pads for my Toyota with hardware (abutment clips) that does not fit into the caliper (no matter how clean is) In addition, the Akebon pads's shims were loose and one shim start to drag onto the wheel hub

Very disappointed that it took 5 days to be actually shipped from time of purchase which then added additional days for it actually arrive way past the allotted timeframe the website said it would take. This also delayed my scheduled appt for the work to be done since the parts didn’t arrive and now pushed the work another week with no car.

Shopping online experience was easy. I called customer service to get an update on my order after waiting for two weeks on tracking info. Customer service was great, they're very helpful. Customer service did tell me my order was going out the same day so I again waited for tracking info. I didn't receive tracking info till a few days later. Bottom line is it took WAY to long to receive my parts. Had these parts been for my daily use car I would have been without a car for almost a month. This is a huge inconvenience to customers. Please work on that.

Order # 944556 As of right now, I’m giving two stars only because the price was good. Placed my order 23 days ago, still hasn’t shipped. I also reached out to customer service about a week ago. No response

I placed a order on sunday and on Thursday I had not recieved and shipping or tracking update. I called customer service and 1:11pm and was told my order had shipped that morning from a Pennsylvania wearhouse and I would receive tracking info in a couple hours. Friday morning I received tracking info and it shower that the shipping label was created at 1:40pm on thursday after I called. Im glad my order is on the way but I would have liked to hear the truth and just say we will get it out shortly.

I ordered brakes from this website a week ago, I have heard nothing from the company except for an email confirmation when the order was placed. There is no online tracking information. There has been no notice of shipment. The company needs to have faster service, with a more convenient order status system. After reading other reviews, it seems that this is a common problem with the business.
