I ordered from here for a few reasons. All of the expectations were met when my parts arrived swiftly. After beginning to change the brakes, I realized that the brake pads were wrong. I emailed them about the issue thinking it would be a quick fix. Not at all. They wanted pictures of the differences in the pads. I sent them over. Then they wanted a video and more pictures. They found the correct pads but informed me that I need to buy the pads and ship the old ones back. Once they inspect them they would issue a refund. This is on top of the fact that the brakes cost $700 and do not come with any bolt hardware. Just buy from the stealership. I hate them and they would have been 1000 times better. The rotors, pads, hardware, and all bolts were $700. So now with the initial $700, $96 more because they are incompetent and an additional $130 because of the bolts. Now, this all took place over two weeks. That is two weeks of me taking off tires to take pictures and send emails. The bolts are one time use only so I am driving on unsafe hardware because of their policies. Do not buy from here if you value your life. The dealership is cheaper and has all the parts you need.

I wished i had seen these reviews before purchasing. I’m appalled by how poor the service and reviews are on here. (Order #9155036) They did not disappoint to add me to the victim list. I recently purchased a pair of rotors and pads, first time buyers. (10-21-25) Got all excited to retrieve my package. The shipping box was poorly taped with cheap tape. (Free recommendation use Reinforced filament tape). The rotor boxes look like they been to hell and back. To my surprise it was two different rotor boxes, I was like maybe they ran out of box or something. Only thing they got right the pair was left and right. The only reason the pads are the correct ones because it was a drop shipment which they had no control over. Immediately I reached out to the so call support team regarding my discovery with my order, and “J” jumped into action after I told him that I need this issue to be corrected by Friday the latest. We went over the pictures and part numbers and confirmed that I needed a left coated rotor. I got a tracking number, package on the way. Package delivered, wrong rotor. Can’t make this up! I reached out again to share my discovery. “J” sent out a manhunt at their warehouse to find the missing rotor. So I googled their little warehouse cause I was wondering my it taking so long and Amazon warehouse is the size of a city and they find stuff faster. “J” disappeared then appeared at the 13th hour! I told him you have until 14:45 to call off the manhunt because I have until 15:00 to place an order elsewhere to have it delivered Friday. unhelpful “J” returned with a non satisfactory response or resolution. “I am sorry” doesn’t work for me. Offering me future discount is diabolically. This experience has caused unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. I value my time and money which makes this situation especially disappointing. Their poor business practice and customer service cost me $101.99 to overnight shipping from another company. They refuse to reimburse same. I don’t recommend this company!

They sent like five emails as soon as I put my order through and took their good old time, sending my order for my brakes. They wanted me to confirm the fitment of my brakes, even though I did not need to. Not my fault other people order the wrong things. Then they tried to argue with me about my own car, that they don’t know anything about. They wanted me to confirm my front brake size when I literally told them I had gray brakes, not blue. That’s all they need to know, and they take an extra 2-3 days after the email was replied to, to ship the order out. May rotors I also ordered on the 7th, left on August 13th. I ordered them on the August 7th, with supposed delivery by the 11th-12th. It is August 14th, and I will not have my rotors and wear sensors until at least August 18th. My car has no front brakes at all because the last set of wear sensors I ordered from them are defective. When I said I would cancel the order, they said they would charge me a 20% restocking fee, and I’d have to pay to ship the stuff back. If I don’t accept delivery, I’m not paying for anything to get sent back. They offer no refund, but make it seem like the customer is the issue when they pretty much waste your time getting parts you need and lie. I swear they do this to buy their suppliers time, and if I have 3 day shipping? How are the rotors that were labeled 2:40pm west coast time, not going to be here by Friday which is 3 days later? Do better. And you definitely lost a customer. I’ve ordered brakes from you three times now and it’s been a headache every single time. Half the time you put in an order and they tell you it was back ordered after they said it was in stock because they don’t update their website correctly.

Brakes warped after 1 track day. Defective. Too expensive for that to ever happen. Extremely dissappointed.

They offer a price match guarantee, I checked a competitors site after my purchase and found the brake kit cheaper. Their support chat directed me to a site to enter my credit card info. "OK, got it. Here's a secure form to fill in your details and pay a one-time join fee of $1 (fully refundable). While you're filling this out, I'll tell the Smartphone Technician about your situation and then connect you two." On the site, I had to agree to the terms of monthly billing "By clicking “Confirm now”, I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, to be charged the one-time join fee, and a $55 monthly membership fee today and each month until I cancel."...so, to get their price match guarantee, I have to pay to sign-up with a third party and then get billed $55/month! Shady business practices!!!

UPDATED REVIEW: Purchased during Covid. Due to significant reduction in use of car, waited for need to install. I had hi hopes when they were put on but the rotors are awful! Worse than OEM. Warped in less that 5,000 miles of installation under normal driving conditions (I have never towed anything with my vehicle). The vibration is so severe, I cannot drive my car until I immediately replace these defective rotors and pads. Total waste of money buying the StopTech CryoStop Rotor and Sport Brake Pads for my 2013 LX570. JB, I appreciate you responding and you are correct about no prior records of complaints due to me waiting 4 years to install. They seemed great until about 1000 miles ago when shimmy started. Shimmy has turned into a full on violent car vibration when applying brakes at 55 mph on gradual slope.

Finally got a return authorization they want a 20% restocking charge. Are you kidding me? … in a day of overnight parts and lots of competition, this seem excessive. Like the company and the quality products but $50.00 for a mistaken order is punitive. This policy does not make me want to order again. What is fair? More than one order returned per year should be penalized.

They suck overall, the return policy is horrible and their equipment is cheap, highly don’t recommend, the price is suspicious and should have went else where. You will regret your decision on this place
