Ordering parts for a car isn’t easy when ur new to the field, I mad a mistake in ordering differential parts, when I called to ask if I made an order for two they instructed me I was right, but got two different types, asked if I wanted to match em and took care of it, this was all done within a Hour of texts. Some of the best customer service I have received when ever ordering for car parts and I appreciate their help.

10/10 best customer service I have ever experienced. I called because my vehicles sub model was not on the website, and I spoke with Adam at buybrakes.com. I told him the application I will be using the brakes for and told him about my ls swap. He then sent links directly to my phone for the parts that would fit my needs and criteria. i was “shopping around”, surfing the web for the best deal on a brake kit for my car. The customer service was so good it brought my search for brakes to an end. I didn’t see any point in going to another site when I was getting one on one help to help me find exactly what I was looking for. It was a weekend and technically they were closed but I decided to reach out with the number provided on the site anyway..to my surprise I was messaged back within 3 minutes and pointed in the right direction. I worked with Adam to find basically each individual part for my entire brake system on a car I had bought with aftermarket parts on it I had no idea about. Through my probably unhelpful descriptions and crappy pictures, Adam discovered exactly what I needed in almost no time at all, always making sure I was verifying my measurements so it didn’t become a pain on my end. Adam continued to answer my questions on days I didn’t think they’d be working and times I didn’t think they’d be open. I will definitely continue to buy my brakes through these guys. I have no complaints.
