ButterflyMXReviews of butterflymx.com

We’ve been an installer of ButterflyMX for the past seven years. The value it brings to the multifamily space is unmatched by the competition. ButterflyMX continues to add features, increase reliability, and expand their product offerings. It’s been great working with the team such as Tommy and Lance.

I've used the Butterfly MX at several properties I manage. The intercom is definitely a game changer. Brennan has always gone the extra mile, is knowledge and super helpful!

I have ButteflyMX’s video intercom at my condo building. I love that I never have to worry about missing a delivery when I’m not home.

Systems has been installed a month and is a significant improvement over our prior system. Installation and service went well, very happy with our purchase.

Setting up a new intercom system is one thing; but implementing it within multiple properties at the same time is another. Working with Lance Tamayo has not only been invaluable with his assistance in setting up the system. Mr. Tamayo's technical expertise, attention to detail, and dedication throughout the installation process were instrumental in ensuring a smooth and successful implementation. I would like to express my sincere appreciation & thank you for your support and commitment throughout this process.

We absolutely LOVE Butterfly MX. This has been a game changer for our business. The team is super helpful and went above and beyond with every aspect of communication. I would 100% recommend you get it.

Our condo association made the decision to replace our outdated and poorly support system. I was fortunate enough to be on the selection committee to source and purchase the new system. After many requests for proposals (amazing how many companies didn't even respond) ButteflyMX was by for the best system, price, and process. From my first conversation with our sales person, Alek, to implementation, and our regular check-ins with Emily - the experience could not be any better. On the few times we did have little hiccups, the tech support team was SUPER responsive and so easy to work with. The whole community is thrilled to have a great system with a competent support team backing it up! Overall, the system is intuitive for both the end user as well as the admin team, performs well, and looks great.

As a property manager, I love Butterfly. They have built a better mousetrap trap, and it has made my life easier, along with the owners in the building. Swiping on your phone is a great way to get in. Seeing who is at your door is great. I have it in 2 garages, and a sticker is so much better than an opener. No more reprogramming if there is a lost remote. A much safer system. I wish all of my buildings had Butterfly MX
