Worked with Businessclass for the first time. Very happy with the help Kenny provided
I needed business class flights which involved a variety of dates and people. I worked with Kenny and he was very efficient and helpful finding what I needed. Came up with suggestions which all resulted in a for me very good experience.

Quick and easy cancellation process
It was a simple process once I called the phone number. The phone menu was simple with very few steps and I had quick access to a CSR. I spoke to Humberto and Aaron mainly and they were excellent at what they do. They were quick and precise and did not waste time once they received the necessary information. Awesome job! Thanks!
