The IION Elite watch has helped me reduce my handicap by at least 5 shots. After emailing support (Theo), i was able to get my phone synch'd and see the course i play at. Nice to have the course on a bigger phone screen attached to my trolley or buggy.

I purchased the ION Edge after receiving one as a gift a while back. I enjoyed the flexibility it gave me of looking at my wrist to understand my distance to the hole. What I hate about this product is the poor quality control that went into this thing. I have gone through several of this watch as I got a replacement after the first one. The lifespan on them is abysmal. I had 2 separate watches that broke in the same exact way, a crack going right through the charge port on the back that renders the watch unable to charge and unusable. I reached out to customer support as I purchased the 3 year warranty on my latest one and they quoted at me "5.2.6. parts requiring replacement or repairs due to normal wear and tear unless tied to a failure". They denied my request. I didn't realize wearing the watch would result in it ripping itself in half and that is MY FAULT. 0/5 stars do not recommend.

Bushnell golf range finders work great - until something goes wrong. I have a v5 tour shift model. It works fine and does a nice job for a recreational golfer. last week the slope button broke. It is past the warrenty. O spoke to Bushnell customer support. They were very nice but they do not do repairs nor do they have a refurbished model. They offereed me a 25% dicount on a new one but I would have to spend $300 on a new range finder. They could not offer any advise on where this could be repaired by a third party. They only want you to buy a new one. I did some R adn D adn this an issue with the button breaking off. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT - THERE IS ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

Title: Amazing hardware ruined by a subscription model that feels like a slap in the face I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel genuinely let down and people deserve to know this before spending their hard‑earned money. I saved up for months to buy the Bushnell Launch Pro. £2,800 is a huge investment for me — not something I can just shrug off — but I wanted a proper home golf simulator and this device was supposed to be the perfect solution. And to be fair, the hardware itself is brilliant. Accurate, solid, reliable. I absolutely loved it… for about 24 hours. Then I discovered the part nobody bothered to mention: the expensive FSX subscription you basically need to make the thing useful for a simulator. This was never explained at purchase. Not in the shop, not in the marketing, not in the box. Suddenly I’m being told I need to pay a large ongoing fee just to unlock the features that make the device worth owning. I already pay for GSPro, and now I’m expected to pay a second subscription on top? It’s completely unrealistic for normal people who aren’t swimming in money. So here I am with a £2.8k device that’s essentially crippled unless I keep paying more and more. I can’t afford that. I thought I was buying a launch monitor — not signing up for a long‑term financial commitment. It’s heartbreaking because the hardware is genuinely fantastic, but the business model feels like a trap. If I’d known about the subscription, I would have bought a SkyTrak instead and saved myself a lot of stress. If you’re thinking about buying the Bushnell Launch Pro, please be aware of the ongoing costs. The device itself is great, but the subscription model makes it almost impossible for regular people to enjoy without feeling financially squeezed.

Cannot fault the guys at this business enquired by an email about a charging cable for my ion edge. Watch had a reply within 20 minutes asked for my address sent it within the hour. Bought Ion elite in December and it would not charge properly. Sent it back through retailer and for weeks later watch returned, still not charging. Sent it back again direct to Bushnell who replaced the watch with a new one which charges as advertised. Then tried to load so on mobile phone and after many attempts and contact with Bushnell, no positive advice given. Bought new mobile. More expensive than watch. Loaded app first time. Bushnell then advised watch not comparable with Android v14.
