This was my 1st time purchasing a sofa. I knew I wanted to go big, & buy leather. Searched high and low, and I kept coming back to Burrow. l just loved the modular design.Bought it on their Labor Day sale. So.. Shipping time. Burrow responded promptly when I had questions about my delayed purchase of the Nomad Plus Leather Sofa. Ordered in early Sept., of 2025. They said it would arrive the middle of Oct., but it actually arrived at the end of Sept. Nice! I had no problem getting up to my 7th floor apartment. Put it together by myself in less than 30 minutes. All the items/boxes came in one shot. Awesome. I did get the wrong arms. Burrow sent me the ‘slope’ arms & I ordered the ‘block’ arms. But all gravy baby, because they are sending me the correct arms, as I write. Nice! The smell of the leather is infectious! Other leather swatches I ordered before buying, all smelled like chemicals. Not Burrows. A deep, rich, genuine leather smell. I totally recommend this sofa. Beautiful, sturdy, easy setup, great for tight apartment doors and hallways, because it’s modular. I wanted a full size couch and was worried that a 80 inch+ sofa wouldn’t fit through my awkward front door…problem solved! Now I want the Nomad loveseat in green velvet! Ha. * will check back in, next October!

Customer service is practically non-existant. NEVER purchase from them again.

First of all, the furniture is absolutely lovely. It is well made, durable, attractive, and best of all there are no worries in transporting it when you move. Even better, the support I received from the Burrow Customer Service Team was extremely helpful. It became a very personal experience for me and it was clear the Team took every effort to assure me every step of the way. I highly recommend Burrow for both their products and the support they provide their clients.

After a long wait, we finally received our Span couch. The boxes were damaged, which was nice. The couch was fortunately not damaged during shipping. After we unboxed and tossed the boxes as they were damaged, we tried assembling the couch. The couch cannot be assembled, as the one of the base pieces is incorrect or was not machined correctly. We then read all the compliants against this garbage company and put two and two together (these dolts are a terrible company). After we went off on them, via email as they have no phone CS, Burrow said they'd have a company pick up the couch, but then the CS person disappeared. We are disputing this piece of garbage through AMEX and I've filed claims through the CA stage AG's office and against the the household goods consumers office. This is regarding order #96296 Refund our money and pick up this couch. or buckle up Burrow, next stop, small claims!

I purchased a media console on 9-27-25 from Burrow Furniture. It is now 10-8-25. The site states that they ship in 2-5 days. Not only is there no evidence of shipping, but I get nothing but "Investigating and will get back to you" responses over and over again. This is the worst customer service I have experienced. It is impossible to talk to a person.

First, any company that does not offer phone support cannot earn five stars. When issues arise, customers need real-time help — not a “we’ll get back to you in several business days” auto-response. Second, I accidentally ordered two bedroom sets (please don’t judge!) and submitted a return form for the unopened set. After four days of silence, I sent a follow-up email. The reply I received said it would take 2–3 business days to hear back — meaning I should have already received a response by now. So much for their “guarantee.” If a company is unresponsive, how can anyone feel confident returning an item? Third — and probably most useful for readers — my bed frame arrived missing the legs. So now I have to send yet another email and wait who knows how long for a reply. It’s incredibly frustrating. All of this could be avoided if they simply had phone support and a responsive customer service team. Update: They do respond via email. The missing parts were being held by our local USPO. It is frustrating that one can't get support in real time, but it was easy to put the furniture together and it looks good.

I ordered this almost three weeks ago and it still has no shipped with no explanation why or when the item will ship from the customer service team. I am sad because I have bought multiple items from Burrow previously that I have loved. I will not be buying from Burrow again.

Extremely poor email communication resulting in 2-3 weeks of not knowing what was going on with my order.
