It was estimated 5-7 weeks for delivery, it took nearly 12 weeks to arrive. Showroom manager was communicative and helpful but customer service via email was not. Call directly to try to get information. Requested partial compensation for the delay/inconvenience but they just never got back to me. Couch is a good depth but not the most comfortable. Hopefully it just needs to break in

You should have better customer contact. No live person or phone numbers creates trust issues. After initial purchase, I rec'd an email acknowledgement, but no delivery date . I had to reach out several times asking for updates. My order arrived by 3 different deliveries. When I was missing legs, your response was quick and delivery of that shipment added an extra week or so.

I've bought from Burrow twice now. The first experience was great, everything was shipped and delivered quickly and was easy to put together. When I wanted to extend my configuration, I ordered additional pieces and it took over 3 months to arrive. I understand that supply issues happen, and the customer service team was incredibly responsive and great but I wish I had known prior to ordering just so I could plan for that.

Although the chair I bought “looks” lovely, it is not a very comfortable chair to sit in. It barely feels like there is any padding in the seat, cheaply constructed.

Our first order with Burrow has not been a smooth experience. The Range sectional we ordered was several weeks late and didn't include any tracking info so we didn't know it was arriving--luckily a neighbor was around when it arrived and brought it inside for us. Then, when we started building it, we realized only half was the correct color (Georgia clay). The other half of the sectional was the incorrect sectional (moss green). And two of the legs didn't screw in correctly. The half of the sectional we do have is good quality, but it's now been almost four months and still don't have what we ordered--and customer service was not able to give us an estimated date for the rest of our sectional.

Receiving a late order without tracking is frustrating enough, but discovering that part of the sectional arrived in the wrong color along with defective legs definitely isn't the experience we aim to provide. It requires persistence to get information from Burrow customer service. They will tell to try again later. They will tell you UPS has your items even when they don’t.

the product took too long to be delivered... the fabric on the pillow is not that great and the color is not what it looks on the photo. wood and legs are nice.

The table I bought already had the veneer delaminating on one of the legs and the bottom of the table
