Craftsman ship is still great. However, we bought the ottoman to match a sofa & ottoman we bought a few years ago and it is a totally different shade of blue. We have a lot of blues in the living room so it is still okay, but it would have been nice to have it all match. The wood color on the legs are also darker even though I chose the same wood option as last time.

The couches are good, I just dislike not having a normal delivery email. I do not want to download the shop app!

I purchased the Opera Media Console during the Labor Day sale, and it boasts some of the highest-quality materials I’ve encountered. I visited the flagship store in Soho, New York City, where the staff was exceptionally friendly and guided me to the product I was seeking. The Floor model was in excellent condition, and the store was immaculate and tidy. However, the delivery process was slightly irregular, as I initially received the incorrect product. After reaching out to customer support via email, they promptly responded, rectified the issue, and also arranged for the other products to be picked up. The assembly process was straightforward and enjoyable. I’m delighted with how it seamlessly integrates into my living room, providing ample space for my AVR to function optimally.

The sofa is nice, the, reason I don't ratevot 5 stars is because it came in many packages over several days

We are very happy with the sofa sectional, though we probably made a mistake on the color by getting too light a sofa sectional. We have a dark colored dog that sheds, and we didn’t really think it through. It’s comfortable, looks very nice, and is a very solid piece of furniture. The one disappointment in the entire process was that it took almost 2 1/2 months from the time we ordered to receive it. I understand that’s because demand was high, but it was a month longer than we were told it would be when we first ordered. Other than that, it was a very good overall experience.

The loveseat is adorable and looks great in my space . I tad on the firm side.

4.75 Stars to Burrow! The product arrived extremely well protected. The build quality of my outdoor dining chairs far exceeded my expectations. The chairs are made of heavy duty Teak that feel like they were manufactured 50 years ago. I highly recommend this product. I deducted a quarter point for Burrow's communication lag.
