Great customer service. Assembly of the sauna was relatively simple. Had an issue where it would shut off in the middle of the session, customer service sent me a new switch that seems to have fixed it. Overall good experience

I stumbled upon Burneek and was immediately impressed by how user-friendly it was. The interface was clean and intuitive, making it easy to navigate even for someone like me who isn’t tech-savvy. I was looking for a specific product, and within minutes, I found exactly what I needed. The search function worked flawlessly, and the filters helped me narrow down the options quickly. The checkout process was smooth, and I received my order in no time. The customer service was also great-they responded promptly to my questions and made the whole experience hassle-free. I believe that Burneek sales technicians were helpful in providing me with the necessary information I needed to purchase my sauna. Asdrimar was the primary technician that assisted me. I appreciate the quick email response that he provided, which include superb technical knowledge and professional willingness to guide, share and provide in every possible way. It would be nice if the company would provide a phone number, I believe this is just one area that will improve Burneek service capabilities.
