They are a shady company! They were so bad the property owner cut ties with them and started managing the property themselves. Bungalow was charging a 200 dollar a month service charge that provided no services, as they literally billed you separately for any services you got. When you had an issue you had to email or use the app to message them and then wait days and sometimes weeks for a response. When they were let go by the property owner, they tried to charge us each a move out cleaning fee, despite lease requiring an inspection first, despite that we were not leaving and despite that no cleaning was actually going to be done! They are shady AF and still have not removed the shady move out fee!

I was supposed to move in around February 2. I saw my leave on December 11 but I had to cancel it somewhere around January but I think there proper management at the Seattle location name our Arcel David I think he’s been ignoring me as I can’t contact him.

Bungalow SF is terrible . They don’t fix all of your concerns that need to be fixed. Maintenance takes forever or requests never get done. There are hidden fees in your monthly bills that are not even mentioned in the contract. And they are the ones who charge you your electric bills and water, gas and etc… but you aren’t allowed to see the original bills. It feels like you are being scammed. So please stay away if you don’t want stress everyday. This is the least I can do while waiting to finish my contract with these terrible people .. let you know. All they want is to get more money from you, as much as possible. Why is this business allowed to continue?

WiFi out for 4 weeks and garage key fob does not work. Closet door and laundry door was off balanced and has been for a few weeks. Towels not included although the app said it would be.

Horrible experience with this outfit. Will not return deposit months after leaving my place.

Listen y'all. I NEVER write reviews. Genuinely never. However I am taking the time out of my day to tell you to never ever work with this company. They have been extremely difficult to work with. They have no phone to contact, they charge you hidden fees, they won't fix problems with the house causing unsafe living conditions, I could go on. Seriously. Don't.

In some cases, they offer a small settlement (around $200) to resolve matters quietly, which feels insufficient and unsatisfactory. Payment Team Challenges: Communication with the payments team, particularly with David, has been problematic. Responses are unclear, and follow-ups are often lacking. Pros: Competitive pricing. Cons: Maintenance requests can take a month or longer to address. Additional fees of $400 or more, which can quickly add up. Subpar management and lack of accountability. Safety concerns, including exposed wiring. Additionally, if you encounter financial difficulties, be prepared for aggressive actions. They have a tendency to send multiple pre-eviction notices before any official communication, which can be stressful for tenants already facing hardships. Ultimately, while the price may seem appealing, the hidden costs, poor management, and lack of responsiveness are significant drawbacks. I am personally relieved to have moved on to a more stable and comfortable living situation, and I would not rent from this company again. Many past customers likely share similar sentiments.

No reply to phone calls or emails for help. I signed a lease but it is not reflected on my Bungalow account. David does reply to my texts. I was told I am unable to chat/meet with the roommates before signing/paying the deposit, which is contrary to what I see on your website. Very disappointed.
