Andres Del Carmen made the experience of renting a room in a Bungalow home effortless and energetic. His guidance and patience was well appreciated. He followed up on my questions + concerns efficiently, and it's rare to work with someone as competent as he was during my renting process. Thanks.

Looking for a place two states away can be an uphill battle, which I was fighting while working two jobs. I pretty much stumbled onto Bungalow out of so many options and within about a week went from "where will I live?" to "Just signed my lease!" I had phone calls and emails coming in regularly to assist at each step once I decided on my room, and they were very understanding of my constant state of exhaustion, which definitely helped! If you're looking for a place, and need a helping hand, I'd definitely recommend Bungalow.
