Responses are very timely and correspondents are patient in dealing with requests. Issue is that sometimes maintenance requests take very long to be handled, otherwise so far so good.

This Cleaning vendor was very friendly as well as through. They could of been a bit more attentive to bedroom based on what other services in the past have done. Do not get me wrong though, no complaints. Great job overall! So fresh, So clean 👌

Had Bungalow recommended to me by a friend. Great way to find housing in a new city, especially as someone who lived several thousand miles and multiple time zones away. Fair warning to non-us citizens, if you don’t have a credit score built up in the states you will need to either purchase default insurance or have someone with a good credit score guarantee your lease

Bungalow is over all a nice alternative for housing. They have affordable options. Some efforts could be made for the communication between tenants and Bungalow.

I have been Satisfied with Bungalow’s Overall experience. Any and All Questions and Concerns have been handled Through this App. Our only Issue we had was with Broken Washing Machine which took 6 month worth of numerous attempts to Fix but ultimately we Received a New Washing Machine. Overall, I would recommend Bungalow if you are looking for a Rental because they offer a 3D Tour of the Entire House Virtually If for some reason you are unable to come check it out in person. I like how the system is designed. Roommates have to agree for accepting or rejecting new residents. Apart from that, the app is well designed, and support tickets are usually handled fast. Whenever I had a problem, they usually solve it without too much problem.
