I ordered a few dresses but then had personal change of circumstances and had to return them. Marc was an absolute legend to deal with. He was so kind and understanding and could action the refund really quickly. Would definitely rate this company for their customer service! Thank you again.

Ordered a maternity dress, arrived pretty quickly and looked like the photo,, unfortunately event got cancelled so wanted to return the dress,. After a couple of emails back and forth I was offered a full refund and to keep the dress, great experience overall

Les articles sont de qualités et le SAV compréhensif et réactif !

Great & fast customer svc!(:

The products which were fairly expensive, were not as they were pictured. The fabric was very thin and cheap , and the fit was so poor i cant possibly imagine what sort of body shape they are catering for. When going about getting a refund i had to email back and forth as was only initially offered 25% back and to keep to items which i was furious about, (i also had to send them pictures to prove it didnt fit) when i pointed out the returns policy on the website i was then offered 50% refund and keep the items which i settled at because i ultimately couldnt be bothered with the ag but i would not reccomend , no matter how lovely the products look on the website. Avoid!

Entreprise a fuir!!!

Clothes took nearly a month to come. The quality was awful, the material was see through and cheap. Trying to return is a nightmare. They are definitely trying to make it so difficult to return that you don't bother. They won't send out return instructions or a shipping label until you send photo's of the clothes to prove they are in good condition. I have never found it so difficult to return. Would never buy from them again and would definitely not recommend anyone to buy from them either. Upon writing this review I received an email saying I would get a full refund and no need to return the clothes and to update my review. My opinion has not changed, although I am getting a refund the process has been way too long and difficult and the clothes were of awful quality so I still would never buy from them again.

The swimsuits arrived later than the original estimated delivery date, so unfortunately I wasn't able to wear them when I needed them. I don't think this was entirely the seller's fault, as shipping delays can happen. However, the swimsuits look beautiful and I really like them. What impressed me the most was the customer service. They were extremely kind, understanding, and responded very quickly. They handled my issue professionally and offered an excellent solution. I truly appreciate their support and would happily buy from this seller again.
