Shein/Temu quality
The website looks nice and makes you think you will get somewhat good quality clothes. It's not that. You are getting clothes the same quality as shein or temu but for 5x the price. Don't waste your money.

At bumpbabe, we know motherhood is wild, messy, and seriously life-changing. We started bumpbabe because we were tired of stiff, scratchy maternity stuff that just didn’t fit real life. You need soft, stretchy clothes that work as hard as you do (and maybe hide some spit-up). We’re here for every bump, every stage, and every “Is it nap time yet?” moment.
Bumpbabe (bumpbabe.com) has 35 customer reviews on Five Star Index, with an average rating of 2.3 out of 5.

I ordered two dressed, unfortunately one didn't fit and the other looked differently than on the website. I wanted to return both but customer service gave me a discount. Can definitely recommend the customer service, answered very fast too.

I ordered two pairs of cotton maternity pajamas just before having my twins and I'm so glad I did! They are beautiful, timeless and really good quality. Perfect for breastfeeding and have an adjustable elastic waist. I wear them all day and don't mind having them on when visitors come over. Marc contacted me to make sure I had received my order and sent a lovely reply congratulaing me on the birth of the twins. Very happy with the customer service.

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t shop with BumpBabe again after my experience trying to return a dress. I originally bought the dress for a wedding, but when it arrived it was too large. I requested a return and initially received no response. After waiting around a week, I contacted them again on 28 August to chase the return. When they eventually responded, they asked why I wanted to return it. I explained that it was too large and that the wedding I had bought it for had now passed. I was then offered three options: a replacement at an additional cost, a 30% partial refund with no return, or a 30% store coupon. I declined these options and explained that I simply wanted to return the dress for a full refund. I also pointed out that their own published returns policy specifically states that fit-related or change-of-mind returns can be requested within 30 days, provided the item is unused, unwashed and undamaged with the original tags and packaging intact. My dress met all of these requirements and had been sitting untouched in its original packaging while I waited for them to deal with my return. Despite this, I was told they were “unable to process a full refund as it falls outside of our standard return options.” This was particularly frustrating because what I was requesting appeared to be exactly what their own returns policy allowed. At that point, having already tried to resolve it directly with the company, I raised a claim through PayPal. Only after the PayPal claim was opened did BumpBabe contact me to say they had processed a full refund and that I could keep, give away or donate the dress. They also asked me to close the PayPal claim. I have now received the full refund, so the matter has ultimately been resolved. However, I shouldn’t have had to raise a PayPal claim to get a refund for a return that met the conditions of their own published policy. It’s a real shame because I liked a lot of the clothing on their website and probably would have ordered from them again. But after the difficulty I experienced trying to make what should have been a straightforward return, and their initial refusal to follow their own returns policy, I wouldn’t feel confident purchasing from them again.

Products are Shein or Temu quality but you pay 5 times the amount.

I liked one of the dresses I ordered, but did have a few issues. They shipped one of the wrong dresses, the express shipping did not work and I didn't get them in time for the events I had, and the other dresses felt like a less than ideal fabric. I did reach out to customer service and they were at least helpful enough and mostly resolving the issue! They ended up giving me 'mostly' a refund instead of shipping the items back and I was happy enough with that.

Marc was incredible at solving my problem! Still haven’t gotten the dress yet but A+ for customer service :)

Trash company selling trash clothes. I ordered 5 items, one being a jumpsuit. The fabric across the board was BARELY stretchy and the jumpsuit wasn't maternity in the least. Then when you contact these idiots, instead of it being a no questions asked return policy like is advertised on their website, which I screenshotted and sent them, they ask multiple questions and only offered a 20% refund and for you to keep the clothes that don't and never will fit. They're out of China and just garbage. Shipping takes forever (2-3 weeks) so returning and getting new sizes puts you in the next trimester before you get them. Edited to add: They reached out and offered to refund two of the items if I would change my trustpilot review, but they wanted me to change my review first before they did the refund. Sorry, but at this point it needs to be a full refund before I would even consider saying they rectified the situation. Their return policy listed on the website is vastly different than what actually happens when you contact them so they just pocket your money and give you low quality, non-maternity clothing that you'll never be able to fit into while you're pregnant. Steer clear of this company.
